So i order food from the through the online site and when my food areived there was a problem. I put my credit card information in and i expected them to yake the money from my card. The delivery guy arrives and he says i need to make payment and i told him i have a card and he says “i need to call them” and i called them 5 times and they didn’t evn answer to the point he had to give me another number which didn’t work either. I called that number 3 times and i didnt work. He finally got the place on the phone and the asked for my card information once again (this took about 15 minutes to resolve) and i was thinking “all this hastle let me check my food” come to find out its the wrong order. So i call the place which take another 10 minutes for them to answer and i explain to the women that my order was wrong she then has the audacity to yell at her customer. Please tell when you have ever seen pork chow mein as fries noodles in a bag???? She then says “well i know my menu you odered wrong if you want come to the store bye” so i call back bothe number none of which are answering which took another 5 minutes and the i am heated at this point ao we are both yelling at each for her lack of intelligence. She goes on to tell me i am wrong so she says “you can bring the food back and we will give you your money back” and hangs up (i yold he rher deiver has to come and get it). So when i get there by around 10 or so tonight February 14 2019 and start yelling and screaming know im not in the wrong. Terrible customer service. And this isnt even the first time. February 12 2019 i called to place an order and they were so rude and said “ you take too long call back bye” before i can say anything when i asked if i can do a sesame chicken combo so i call back and even more rude then the first time didnt even speak to me was talking to others in the background making jokes and says the food is going to take an hour to arrive when i live the next town over. And that wasnt what i even aske dhim i didnt even order. This has been my third encounter with these people and i am feed up never agian will i buy from them. If you were smart youll do the same plus the food didnt even taste fresh and i found foreign meats in my veggies that i didnt even ask for. Just moved to the area and this is bad experience…why would I want any more food after hair in my first order….I actually called the owner after I saw they comment on my review and try to get me to change my review . Look maybe I had a bad experience and most likely not a regular occurrence otherwise they wouldn’t be open, but I feel if a place is letting hair get in peoples food that means they probably have no hair nets on or hair put up if long . We ordered him veggie dumplings and received pork ones in our delivery. Called to fix the issue and got yelled at over the phone. My bf had to physically go to the location and prove to them they sent us pork dumplings. Still in disbelief telling him it was veggies then trying to cover it up by saying it was a manufacturing issue. Remade new ones ripped one open with his hands and tried to make my bf take the ripped dumpling along with the other touched dumplings.
