Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

This Popeyes is new to the area. We are regular customers at this location because of conveniency, easy to get to & in a great location right off of rte 18 in East Brunswick. The food is fresh, hot, & satisfying. My only complaint is not the Popeyes but the workers & Managers, they have a very rude staff, very impatient, & was very dismissive when I received my food & began to check if my order was correct before pulling off from the window, the manager approached me & waved his hand to move on, I responded there was no rush or any customers waiting behind me, let me finish checking my food for the correct items I had purchased, he began to mumble rudely under his breathe, in his language, I asked him to speak English so I could understand his issue, he slammed the window while I was speaking. I didn’t have time at that very moment to file a complaint but this platform will get to the customers who review this location with caution!!! Customer Service is necessary in the fast food industry. No one wants an angry employee servicing them their food. Attitude...

Hello Grover Cleveland Popeyes . I and my friend went to this location in 21 April 2023 at 4:17pm.I was from south California to visit NJ. And my kids wanted to eat blackend tender from that location . The cashier was tall healthy Spanish girl. She replied that they don’t sell naked tender. I asked her that if the tender was run out or Popeyes stop selling this item. She replied with aggressive voice that “our cook(kitchen guy) doesn’t know how to cook naked tender that is why we don’t sell it here”. I was soo disappointed in front of my friend. We didn’t expect this behavior from her . Then we wanted to have some mild dark and white meat . She told me only Spicy is available. We didn’t have any other choice because kids was hungry. So we had to buy those spice chiken from your location.

I am a truck driver and as a driver we have to plan out our routes due to a 10 hour driving restriction. We'll I planned my route to be able to stop here knowing that there would be fresh food it says online you close at 11 but I arrived at 758 and was at the order point around 810 well I guess yall stop cooking at 730 because there was only spicy chicken left and the workers there refused to cook anymore stating that they close at 9 and they want to leave on time. I tried explaining that I can't eat spicy chicken due to my allergy of cayenne pepper and I enjoy breathing. But they refused and they turned away not just me but 3 other customers.
