This place is amazing! Holy cow, I can't ever get enough of these people, and their amazing food/service. 🤩

Every time I come here I try something new and I swear that no matter what it is, it's the best of that thing I've ever had outside of my own mother making it. Every. Single. Time. 🫠

Coffee: warm, delicious, woke my butt up Cookies (any): warm, gooey center, with a crunchy outside. Perfect Soup: Specifically, I've tried the tomato and feta, and it. is. to die for. Full of flavor, filling, and exactly what you want out of a good homemade soup Warm wraps: Specifically the chicken Parmesan, is warm, crispy (not soggy at all like you might expect; like I've had at so many places like this) and also filling!

Up next, I'm trying their breakfast stuff and some of their salads. Like, seriously, I cannot get enough of this place 🤤, it's so good.

Plus, I'm not sure who used to be here, but every time I come in, there's a very nice young lady and/or a very helpful gentleman behind the counter. I like to ask whomever is there that day for recommendations whenever I stop by, and they're always able to point me to something that ends up hitting the spot. Whether it's morning, day, or night, every time I come in, whomever is behind that counter is kind, courteous, and professional, and I wouldn't have it...

Very Disappointed — Will Not Be Returning

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I walked into this café expecting the quality and professionalism that comes with an English-style coffee shop, especially one that presents itself as a premium place. Instead, I was completely ignored.

The staff were too busy chatting with each other to even acknowledge my presence — no greeting, no “hello,” no “we’ll be right with you.” Just blank stares and indifference. Not a single smile, no effort to make me feel welcome or valued as a customer. It felt like I was intruding in their space rather than stepping into a café that charges a premium for its drinks.

Speaking of which, the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. With service this poor, I honestly expected much more. For a place that tries to brand itself as a refined or “English” coffee spot, they’ve completely missed the mark. I walked out feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Would not recommend. Plenty of other spots nearby where customers are actually treated like...

If you normally enjoy Pret, dont disappoint yourself and go to this one. Staff are socializing like they aren't even at work and are at a recreational event. Manager also seemed to be dilly dallying with the employees. If you visit later than 3pm, chances are that fresh food has been sitting all day. You would expect more from a company asking $9 for a wrap, $6 for a soup and $4 for a lemonade. Normally, Pret is very good in New York....dont go to this one that's at a NJT rest stop. Didn't feel like the same Pret standard I've grown accustomed to over the years. I even went back two or three times to see if it was a fluke, nope. Bad apple of the bunch is all. Pack lunch from home and save yourself $20+ to not really be helped by busy...
