I've been shopping for an all electric vehicle for a couple months because my lease was coming to an end in February 2024. I visited the Tesla dealership in Brooklyn and the Nissan Dealership on Route 22. In the end if came down to the Toyota BZ4X! And I got it at Sansone Toyota. This is a sweet ride. Stylish and comfortable. But I'm here to talk about Danny Zeledon at Sansone Toyota. He was very patient with my gazillion questions. A car salesman who listens! He wasn't pushy at all and basically understood that the customer will ultimately make a decision on the car that is right for them. I also liked that he knew the product. He knew all the tricks and gadgets of the vehicle! That was a plus because like I mentioned I do ask a lot of questions. I am going to tell you all. If you go to Sansone Toyota ask for Danny. I did take 1 star because the car did not come with mats. Since when do cars not come with mats?!?!? That should be standard! But that was also my fault for not noticing because I would have requested those before I signed on the dotted line. Oh well. Danny (my super salesman) is helping me by ordering and having them ready for when I pick up my registration. Thanks Danny! You made the car buying experience for my hubby and I stress free and enjoyable. Oh and can we talk about the little Rosas cafe they have at the service area. No longer waiting in a boring service wait room. Go up, have a coffee, pastry or do what we did and order the delicious Pupusas!!!! 3 for $10 bucks. Say what!!!!! The coffee is good too!

We met with Mike McGovern mid May to shop for a new vehicle. We wanted a 4Runner but given today’s market, we didn’t know how likely that would have been, especially with the budget we had in mind. Mike was so patient, and walked us through everything we needed to know. He showed us some 4Runners they already had in stock at the dealership, but also gave us some options for a build that was on the way from the factory. After going back and forth and Mike helping us to understand what would make us happy and be cost effective, we decided to move forward with a brand new SR5 4Runner that was getting built and being sent to the dealership in June. Today we picked up the car, and all we can say is GOOD THINGS about Mike and this place. Everyone at this dealership is so friendly, and truly wants to see you walk out the door satisfied. During our final financial conversations, Tim walked us through the final numbers and paperwork. I have been to so many places that coerce you into buying additional warranties or packages on top of what you originally agreed on, when it comes to signing time. But that was NOT the case here. Tim was patient in describing our options for additional warranties and coverage, and gave us ample time in making an informed decision on what we wanted to add and what we did not want. OVERALL - I definitely recommend you going to Sansone Toyota for your next car shopping visit and make sure you ask for Mike and tell him I sent you!!!

I got my car serviced here yesterday and I had a terrible time. I got to the register and then was charged 180 for a wheel alignment and I asked how it got to be so high, not sure if they hiked up the price because I’m a girl. I proceeded to pay and get into my car and the PSI on my tires weren’t loading and they said to drive a bit and it will show up. I began to drive to work down the shore on the parkway to discover my tire pressure went from 32 32 28 30 to now this 27 27 27 25. I called and asked if that were on purpose and they said no it should be as directed on the door of my car 35 35 35 35….. so yeah in short don’t get your car serviced here. Not worth the headache or the hassle. earlier in the summer on July 1st I got my car serviced for a “ tire leak “ they charged me 80$ “fixed it” then I went to a mechanic nearby who used to work for Toyota and he told me they never looked into my tire because there was a nail in my tire this big. There’s no coincidental way that a nail would get into my tire twice in 2 days back to back. I don’t know. I feel like this isn’t a good place to bring your car and don’t get the package where they give you the services with a new car. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I rarely write reviews, but after my frustrating experience with Sansone Toyota, I feel compelled to warn others. I placed a $5,000 deposit on a new car on December 24th, for a custom build, and it turned into a complete nightmare. For five months, I received absolutely no communication about the status of my order. I called multiple times, left voicemails, but never received any return calls. After weeks of silence, I had no choice but to drive to the dealership on May 15th to get answers. To my surprise, I was told that the salesperson I had been working with had moved on--no notice, no follow-up. They assigned me a new salesperson, who assured me that my vehicle should arrive within another 45 days. I gave it some time, but after just 15 days, I called again, multiple times, only to be met with more voicemails and no return calls. I then drove to the dealership again, only to find out that the second salesperson had also left the dealership. At this point, I was understandably frustrated but was assigned a third salesperson Jorge Diaz who finally started communicating with me and empathized with my situation. After all this waiting, I found out that the vehicle they had ordered was not the custom build I had requested. Instead, it was a model with all the bells and whistles, in a different color and equipped with a panoramic roof--something I never asked for and was told Toyota doesn't even manufacture without it. It was a complete mismatch of my original order. The dealership blamed all their inefficiencies on Toyota the manufacturer. To add insult to injury, no one at the dealership could explain why they never placed my actual order or why they didn't communicate about the issues. I had been waiting for six months, and yet no one had the decency to call and update me. In a last-ditch effort, I called Toyota directly, but they said they couldn't help and transferred me to Analisa, a customer satisfaction representative, who assured me that there would be a resolution and assured me a call back in 24 hrs. However, she never called me back, despite repeatedly assuring me that she would. Eventually, after 7 days Sansone Toyota offered me my deposit back if I didn't want the car they were offering, which was not what I ordered. After six months of waiting, I decided to take them up on their offer and asked for my deposit to be returned. The entire experience was a waste of time, and it felt like I had been completely ignored. I would strongly advise staying away from Sansone Toyota unless you're fully prepared to deal with poor communication, a lack of accountability, and an overall frustrating and unprofessional experience. My experience with them was beyond disappointing. There was no follow-through, updates were nearly impossible to get, and the level of customer service was far below what anyone should expect from a dealership of Sansone's size. I don’t often leave reviews, but when someone genuinely goes above and beyond the way Omar Hamed did, it deserves to be recognized.

He listened to our needs, respected our boundaries, and gave us space to think when we needed it. He also brought thoughtful recommendations and practical advice based on our situation—not what would benefit him, but what would benefit us.

Even after we made our decision, Omar continued to be attentive and responsive. He walked us through all the paperwork carefully, double-checked everything, and made sure we understood every single part of the process. That attention to detail, especially with my mother present, made a huge difference in our experience. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in the people he helps.

In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or transactional, Omar Hamed delivered an experience that felt personal, sincere, and honestly refreshing. He represents everything a great salesperson should be—trustworthy, knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely kind.

If you’re considering making a purchase and want to work with someone who will treat you and your loved ones with dignity, respect, and true professionalism, I can’t recommend Omar Hamed enough. He made what could’ve been a stressful experience into one that was smooth, even enjoyable.

Samsung the auto Mo complex of rural was very impressive as a very, very large launch of sel turn off auto's when I was interested in the Toyota Lexus brand so I came straight to them and was greeted by Israel Cabrera, a very, very friendly helpful gentleman. We had a nice time just talking about cars and he was telling me that features of the Alexis and you know what to be expected of the vehicle says this is my first time thinking about fine alexis, so he was overall very helpful. The showroom was very, very nicely range with the models and I was just overall. Please and experience and then. Finally, they have basically helped me to get the car on the same day. I visit they made it possible because they came down with a price. That on all was very comparable to what eyes so it was what was over to me by Lexus. And the Denver when I told him that the dental do a s* boy for me. $2500 for the turning of the Honda. Accord, that start, that was a impediment to have an ideal for that day. Israel and his financial people went back to the Bose and got a locate. Offer me an increase recent the app in the turn in price. And that made it possible for me to since the deal and then the rest of history. I got the score on the same day. I'm back now a few days later. But they're bringing back the car title for the Honda that I turned in. So overall experience has been very, very good. And Israel even set up the GPS in the system in the car. So that I get home knowing and how to get there. He made sure I made her home too. Verall, I'm very, very pleased. And I would best definitely tell my friends in the precipine area where I live that you know this is a nice place to come to see you.
