This specific location is one of the best! Lives up to it's old values as far as the pizza during covid 19... The manager Paul is a sweet guy and reminds me of the Swedish chef from the Muppets. The toppings here are very generous, the pizza sauce is sassy with taste, while the deep dish crust makes a perfect handle to accommodate handing. I'm a sauce guy, so extra sauce is my thing. Being a truck driver from Southern California I make it a point when I come through this area to stop here just for the Pizza. I really miss the spaghetti that Abbys used to serve back in the 90s. Their spaghetti sauce was something very close to heavenly for me. If I could tern back time and just enjoy their spaghetti once more....I could die satisfied with no unfinished business. If you get a chance to try this pizza I highly recommend it. A small slice of heaven. I mean they even have red bell peppers as a topping. That is a rarity in itself. Fun Fact: Albert "Abby" Broughton the founder of the chain used to work at Shakeys Pizza of California in Roseburg as a teenager in the 60s. I knew Great Pizza begat GREAT Pizza 🍕😉

Usually their pizza and service is pretty good, but last time I was here (August 26th) my and my girlfriend put in an order at 2:54 showed up at 3:40 to pick it up (online said 30 min we gave a little extra time since they where busy). I had to go back to the front ay 4:02 to ask about wait time, they reprinted my receipt and said they would make it now. 4:20 something they bring out the wrong pizza (like 5 ingredients off missing pepperoni, sausage, and tomatoes and they added mushrooms and pineapple) I mention it and got a "ugh fine want me to remake it for you?". And just now at 4:51 I was given the correct pizza. Upon asking if I can get a discount or partial refund I was told "nope we don't do that here". The girl that initially helped me (whose name is on receipt re-print at 4:02) was like "omg I'm so sorry it looks like we didn't get to it let me get that started" when I first arrived so I don't want her to get in trouble. But this was such a bad experience I had to mention it.

Place was not Abby's pizza. Pretty sure I was catapulted into some time warp. Spent 135.00 on pizza, sandwiches, jos, and wings. Couldn't even order the Italian sandwich because the man running the cash register said "I don’t have that button on the register so you can't order it." Food all came out at different times, they forgot food and, when asked about it they told us to show the receipt. The salad we ordered we had to ask for it 3 times. Quality of all food was sub par. See the sandwich, no meat on half and looks like it was tossed in the box by a third string quarterback. Staff were rude and not even an ounce of friendly. I could've got by and understood overworked staff although I counted as many staff as customers and the staff was on their phones one behind the counter and one in the kitchen. Definitely need some changes here.

Reviews of Abby's Legendary Pizza

I REALLY struggled with what rating to give Abby's Legendary Pizza. When I write reviews I always try to keep in mind that just because I personally don't care for something, doesn't mean everyone else won't care for it too. So I settled on an overall rating of 4 🌟. I'll quickly break it down by category. 🍕 🍕 🍕 Food - 5 🌟!!! The food is excellent! It's always fresh/made to order. They have great pizza topping options. The perfect amount of sauce/spices/cheese/toppings/etc. on each pizza. Their thin crust pizza is perfectly crispy, and their thick crust/deep dish pizza is the best I've ever had. That being said, every time I've called to place an order in the last 3 months they've been out of deep dish/thick crust dough (it's made by hand). Which is disappointing to me, because I prefer it over the thin crust. In that situation I just order some cheesy bread sticks, because they kind of resemble the deep dish/thick crust. Not a big deal. Overall the food is just superb.

Atmosphere - 4 🌟. It's nothing special. They have large wooden tables with pull out chairs for larger parties and smaller wooden tables with pull out chairs along the walls for smaller parties. And while it's nothing special, I will say that it's ALWAYS spotless. Very very clean. Tables and chairs are always wiped down and the floors are always swept and free of crumbs and debris.

Service - 2 🌟. I hate to do this, because I really do love the food, and appreciate the cleanliness of the place (even though I've only dined in once. But have gone to pick up to-go orders about 30 times). But the service is pretty bad. I've always called my order in ahead of time before going to pick it up, and every single time someone answers the phone they just sound like/give off the impression that you are MAJORLY inconveniencing them. It's kind of hard to explain. It's almost like how you would expect a stereotypical DMV worker to act, if that makes sense. Extremely irritated and kind of robotic. There is NEVER a "thank you for calling Abby's". It's just "Abby's Pizza, what can I get you" in a rushed, robotic voice. And it's pretty much the same when you go in to pick up and pay. No smiles. No thank you's. Nothing. They just ask what name you're picking up for and tell you what the total is. Not friendly at all. Remember how I said they kind of give you the impression over the phone that your inconveniencing them? It's like that in person too. Nobody has ever flat out been disrespectful to me, but you can just see, and feel, that your presence is irritating them.

So yeah, that's my Abby's Legendary Pizza review. 100% highly recommend the food. The place is VERY clean. But I would personally continue to call my order in, pick it up and eat it at home. I don't want to hang around a place where I feel I'm...

I don't know why Terra-Sol Landscaping is posted here, I am not them. I used to LOVE Abby Pizza, but I called in to get a pizza on Sunday 11-14-21 and it was the worst experience & pizza. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza with Olives & Mushrooms with sliced Tomatoes on the side. The cost was $26.15 for a family size, which normally because they are so good I didn't mind. However, when I went in I gave the lady $27 cash and she just put it in the register. When I asked for my receipt, they had to print a copy and she wrote in that I paid $26.15 not $27.00. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for my change & she could not figure out how much she owed me, someone had to help her. Then, when I did get my pizza, they forgot the tomatoes and had to go back & get them. Now I am used to getting lots of toppings on my pizza from them and there wasn't even enough pineapple to cover all the pieces of pizza. There was very little Olives & mushrooms on the pizza also. The box the pizza was in looked like someone had dropped pizza on the top and there were greasy fingerprints on the box. I tried eating it and it was terrible. I would never recommend this Abby's again to anyone. I even took pictures of how dirty the box was and the lack of toppings. Very...
