The girls that work there are always friendly and polite. It’s the clientele that can be rough at times. There are times where every one in front of you can ask for free samples and then not end up buying anything and just walking away. I wish they could put a limit on how many samples you can ask for. Or make a separate line for those who have no clue and just want a sample. This way the paying customers can get in and get out. Regardless, tonight I found out that they have a “pup cup” as well! This makes my dogs walk to Rita’s with me just THAT much better! 🐾🐶🐾

I tried calling several times to place a party pack order and no one answered the phone. I didn’t have the time to run to the store until the day I needed some water ice. I was told that the phone wasn’t working and the only way to get a party pack was to order ahead of time. I wound up just ordering a few quarts at the store. Seriously though, if you want people to place orders ahead of time, have a functioning communication...

It's a rainy night. I know Rita's has a rainy day special where they will give you BOGO if it's raining. Everyone standing under the awning to stay out of the rain and lightning while the one employee moves like molasses. She tells me it's not raining and she won't give us the special despite everyone in line telling her that it's raining. Literally the only reason I got in my car to get water ice on a stormy night was for the special. I will never do that again! Cheap! Don't deserve...
