Casa Del Sole — Restaurant in Woodcliff Lake

So I’ll start with the food is fantastic and you should definitely try it. My issue with the place is the service. I been to this place multiple times because I live near by and nearly everytime I walk in and say hi/hello I never get it back or ordering them almost seem bothered. Last time I went there there was no customers in the store at all when I walked in, I said hello to 2 people stand behind the counter but they didn’t say anything, I figured they didn’t hear me so I continued, grabbed my order off the shelf and as I was leaving I said thank you, have a good day….but again no response, so I took a look back at the counter to see if they heard me and I saw both of them looking right at me so I know they heard me. Honestly probably the last time I’ll be going there, even the the food is fantastic I just feel I comfortable even walking in there...

Casa Del Sole is a gem nestled in the heart of Woodcliff Lake, NJ. They are known as the home of the overstuffed sandwich and for good reason. This place is amazing for a number of reasons. They have a lot of people working at once so there is almost no wait. The bread and ingredients are super high quality. I had a mozzarella sandwich with tomato, roasted peppers and balsamic and it was delicious and fresh. THEN - my car wouldn’t start in their parking lot and I went inside to see if anyone had a jump. One of the men working there stopped what he was doing and jumped my car for me, then let me use their bathroom which was only for employees.
