The manager at Lotus Pond is rude and impatient. She wants to do all of the talking and not listening to her customers. I purchased a gift certificate and every time I tried to use it she raises the service fee. I understand pricing has gone up on certain things but they're using this pandemic to take advantage on others and it's not fair. This is the last of my money they will ever see. The owner is very rude, trys to speak over you and has no customer relationship skills. This place is a no frills, cheap place and the massages are average at best. I received a gift certificate as a gift a little over a year ago. Yes, there is a one year expiration date on the certificate which I did not notice. When I called to see if they would accept the certificate, I was yelled at by the owner and hung up on twice. She has received $100 dollars and is not willing to provide any service for that money. A good friend of mine told me about this place. First time visiting this place and I was super impressed. Found my new spot from here on out. Very clean rooms at the ambiance between the lighting and the music made it very relaxing before the massage even started. I got a 90 minute massage from Amy and she clearly knew what she was doing. Very polite and professional. They take covid very serious and i felt very safe with the safety steps they had in place.
