Johns Famous Bagels — Restaurant in Woodcliff Lake

Just got home after buying cream cheese and I am upset at how this place treats customers. They sell this cream cheese for $14/lb. I asked for a 1/2 lb container. This is obviously not filled completely….probably 75% full. They did’t weigh it and simply charged me a $7 fee for the full half lb. container. To me this is unethical. This is the second time I’ve had a negative experience with this bagel shop over their charging practices, so this time I decided to post. Not going back for sure! Me and my husband always go there to get bagels and sandwiches and never had a problem Great service they were so friendly until 1 day my husband walked in there for something to eat and a girl the manager said something about me and I found out that really was inappropriate and that was so uncalled for and just altogether it makes you not want to go back and when someone's unprofessional they should be fired for treating their customers like that.
