Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Woodhaven

Employee here spilled Hot coffee on me at the drive-through window, and then apologize, but never handed me a napkin. So, I asked for one. The employee then came to the window, to give me my change and didn’t give me a napkin, so I told her that I still needed a napkin and the coffee is dripping all over my car. She wanted to get a napkin, came back and handed me about 40, and I said thank you and when I counted my change, it was incorrect so I told her she also gave me the incorrect change. The manager, then who was standing right there, turns around and asked me if I had an issue. I told her that I had the wrong change and she then opened the register, got my correct change and threw it at me. When I started yelling at her, she then threw food at me. She continues to scream, and told me I wasn’t allowed to come back to that Tim Hortons. She never did give me the correct change. Other employees were trying to tell her to calm down, and the actual employee that I was dealing with told her that it wasn’t any big deal. I don’t know what I did to this lady, but when I called corporate, they did absolutely nothing. Thanks, Tim Hortons, you didn’t need to ban me. I don’t want to be threatened and verbally attacked, and have food thrown at me, and stolen from at this...

I'm not nor do I expect I will ever be discouraged from enjoying the fast and convenient food and beverage opportunity that Tim Hortons provides!

However, this particular establishment was MORE THAN DISPLEASING!!! The girl working was rude and clearly doesn't need to be in the food beverage and hospitality industry for a choice in a career.

I arrived at this establishment and ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and a Carmel & Vanilla Ice Capp. Please keep in mind that this exact order is a normal thing for me, sometimes amounting to 3 or 4 days a week.

I revived my sandwich from the girl who was working the window only to be shocked to find out my sandwich was COLD. I asked the girl why my where I then had her immediately take it back but let's not forget that she seemed as if it way to much work for her to throw my croissant alone into the microwave. Not to mention she took them through he drive threw window but only took the bread instead of apologizing and wanting to promptly fix the sandwich to be as expected due to the standards of the thousand other times I've had it. Always takeout. Not much room to sit here. Shared with a gas station. Drive thru gets crowded with morning coffee drinkers. Breakfast is good. Lot of personnel turnover here. Some are very slow and sometimes indifferent with attitude. I have walked out a few times while being first in line and being ignored.

6/28/25 Went back this morning. More new employees. Clueless to customer service. No Timbits at all. Asked for extra large coffee with triple cream. A muffin and a donut. and one sandwich. The same person who took my order stood there, never did anything else to help. All the food was bagged and handed to me and she stood there looking at me and I had to ask again for the coffee I already paid for. She goes to the back and hands me a hot coffee and I have to ask for a sleeve which was tossed over the register. And of course I get home and the coffee has sugar in it. So, wasted money and time. And they want a living...
