AVOID THIS PLACE! Caller on the phone taking our order was RUDE. We get there to pick up our order and eat on our lunch break, the same man on the phone has the same attitude in person for no reason at all. We asked for a cup of ice, you would have thought we asked this man for an unreasonable favor the way he twisted his face and gave no eye contact. You can feel the disrespect oozing out from him. We asked another worker what the problem is and why we were getting so much hostility. He gave the weak excuse of “he doesn’t understand much english” and we told him we ORDERED IN SPANISH. Read moreI was glad to have a Peruvian restaurant close to me that delivered. I wanted to order some food for the New year's, so I called to find out what were their hours of operations the first person who picked was uncertain so they said if I wanted to talk to the owner and I sure a couple minutes went by and I was hung up on so I called back and the owner picked up and said very rudely "listen if you want to know the hours it's on Facebook". For starters, we had tuna-stuffed causa and papa rellena — both full of flavor and with that comforting homemade taste. For mains, we tried arroz con pollo served with huancaína sauce, milanesa a lo pobre (topped with a fried egg and sweet plantain), and the classic lomo saltado. Everything was delicious and generously portioned.
One of the best parts? The set menu includes an appetizer, a main course, and a soda — all for just $16. It’s a great deal for authentic Peruvian cuisine...
