Excellent and knowledgeable attendants. I can be a very inquisitive customer when it comes to the kind of liquids I am seeking for. I've been to most North Jersey shops and no one seems to have the patience or the knowledge to help guide me to what i'm looking for. The attendants are not just trying to sell you a product just to make a quick buck, they are truly trying to make you feel satisfied with the product you leave the store with. For example; I live 2 minutes away from 3 vape shops; however I have never received the customer service that I have gotten at this location...so i have no problem driving a half an hour out of my way, just so that I'm treated as a respected paying customer, who is just looking for a product that suits my needs. All City Vapes is my choice when it comes down to my vapor devices...

The vape store setting itself isn't bad, what really made me give it 1 star is the customer service. I never vaped ever before in my life, you'd think going to a VAPE store would be helpful. If you own or work a vape store you should know the popular items and recommendations, and be helpful... Not have " You should know what you want" attitude. I went to a similar vape store, the guy was helpful, great customer service and helpful with flavors. I never purchased an item so quick, On the other hand at this store i felt as if i was being annoying and just wanted to walk out. Not sure if the guy was having a bad day or something but a store is nothing without...

I almost never leave a bad review but when I walk into this place the sales associate or owner cuz (I dont know who his was) made me feel unwelcome n he was alil rude. he didn't even get up from where he was sitting in the far back of the store. He just yelled from his seat.
