I know I’m biased because my mom owns Brock’s Bar & Grill, but I honestly couldn’t be prouder of what she’s built here. I’ve seen firsthand how much heart she puts into every detail — from the way the kitchen is run to how the staff is treated like family. And it shows when you sit down for a meal.
The food isn’t just “bar food.” It’s the kind of cooking that makes you want to slow down and enjoy every bite. The burgers have that perfect sear, the pizzas are always full of flavor (and never skimpy on the sauce), and even something as simple as the fries feels like it was given extra care.
But what makes me proudest is the atmosphere she’s created. It’s warm, welcoming, and you can tell people feel at home here — whether it’s their first visit or their fiftieth. The staff genuinely enjoys being here, and that kind of energy is contagious.
So yes, I might be the owner’s daughter, but I’d still say the same thing even if I weren’t: Brock’s isn’t just a bar and grill. It’s a place made with love, and you can taste it and feel it every time you walk...
Read moreI had two beers and three glasses of water. Bar tender could get allot of legal problems for the owner. Told me that I had buy more drinks to stay. Really? She blatantly said “ I was loitering”. Only stayed for 1 hour. I was drinking water to pace my self as I had a long day. I drink allot of water. I have news for her. Including happley paid for anything in that bar twice. But I was so appalled ! And had to brake it down like this! u do realize that is the Busniness liability if someone drinks to much and gets in an accident! And could have serious consequences. ( I had talk with the young lady.) And then she said, “ I couldn’t came back to the bar”! In no way shape or form. Was is ok. I’ll take my Busniness else wear. It’s lucky she is on he way out. And understand why she is leaving. As she could be a big liability for the bar. I hope this message gets across to the owner! I also do big Busniness in woodland. And will let everyone I know about this...
Read moreThis unassuming bar n grill located in "old town" Woodland, is so inviting and fun! The vibe is warm and rustic. The building is old and could use some renovations, but other than that, it is a comfortable place to watch a Green Bay Packer football game - they are an official Packer bar. The food is great comfort food and the drinks are mixed just right. 5-STAR PRAISE goes out to Maddie, who often times is serving the whole bar during game day, yet never leaves you feeling neglected. She is prompt to our table, and regularly checks in as you watch the game to make sure we have all we want. She is always ready with a big smile and friendly banter too! We love that even though we are fairly new to Woodland, she recognizes us when we come in. Nothing makes you feel more welcomed! She is a keeper and a great big reason why we keep coming back. ...
