Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Woodland

I just moved to Woodland and have gone to this Papa Murphy's 2 times. Both times they have failed to get my order right. The 1st time I asked for creamy garlic instead of marinara and it had marinara and was missing the spinach I requested. The second time was tonight I tried going there again, this time I called in my order at 3pm to be picked up at 5pm. I arrived at 5:30 to find out my pizza's were wrongfully given to another customer with the same first name, so someone else also got the wrong order. I had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby and was pushed to the back of the line basically due to the customers already in the lobby, and them having to remake my pizza. I was late to pick up my daughter due to this also. To make matters even worse, I came home and cooked the pizza's and my Chicago style also didn't have the black olives I requested on top of it. This location literally has never gotten my orders right. I'm tired of just being put in their "red book" due to my orders being wrong. I'd rather have the correct order the first time. I'm really debating on if I will even come back to this location again. Not a good first impression for someone...

Pizzas are always good and reasonably priced like any Papa Murphy’s. This location has become poorly run however. No mask requirements as people wait in the lobby. But, if they don’t have your pizza ready and they say they will bring it out to you after you have paid for it, don’t believe it. After waiting over 15 minutes I saw that nobody was compiling pizzas. Everyone was in the back room chatting. I had to convince the woman that came out front that despite their making no note of it, it had been paid for and I had been waiting on empty promises of bringing it out to me for a while now. I also had to ask for the salad that was also clearly on the order. The salad I received was only half full. Better to order online and not deal with the incompetence but good luck getting your order 100% as expected. This hasn’t been traditionally a problem. I was there at 1:30 this afternoon, was going to order two pizzas. I walked in the door and was asked if I was picking up a phone or a online order. I said I hadn’t placed an order yet. The employee was annoyed and told me to wait and someone else would be with me. I heard the other employees talking in the back. I waited for a very long time and the only employee never acknowledged me again. He never looked up at me or called the other employees to take my order.
