7/20 This location is the midway stop on my morning commute. I stop here every single morning since it is easy to get off and back on the freeway. It's decent about 70% of the time... but the crummy 30% is really poor. There will be multiple people working and yet no one comes out to take orders in line. But they're standing around talking with their back to the window when i finally get there. I waited at the window- after ordering- for 10 minutes one morning while everyone made drinks for the walk up window. One girl is entirely too fake happy in the morning and cannot seem to work their iPad to save her life.

The real kicker- the kid added a dollar tip for himself yesterday without permission, i caught it because I use the app to pay and I noticed my balance was not correct. When mentioned at the window they made excuses for it but did ultimately refund it. How many other people has he done that to??

Be prepared to repeat your order about 5 times and still have it made wrong. Was already 6 hours deep in a drive with more hours ahead and just wanted to grab some good coffee. I’d had good experiences at other locations but unfortunately this one wasn’t. Repeated our two coffees over and over—confused because they weren’t complicated drinks, and mine came out as a mocha (not a white chocolate mocha) and my partners wasn’t a nitro as ordered. We were so tired we were just DONE and accepted the mistaken drinks. I was able to get through mine but didn’t enjoy the flavor at all—it was bitter and I don’t enjoy that, I just needed the caffeine to drive. My partner didn’t even touch theirs as there was nothing to it and they’d been so excited for a nitro, and I was extremely disappointed to have paid double what I usually pay for coffee only for a disappointing drink and the other to be thrown out. SPEAK CLEARLY AND DONT BE AFRAID TO MAKE THEM REDO YOUR DRINK, that was our mistake and I wish we’d made them redo them but we are both conflict adverse and...
