Dunkin' — Restaurant in Woodridge

I have tried to give this place a second chance, and a third, and a fourth, and I’m done with the customer service provided here. A woman who I believe to be the manager ( black short hair always in ponytail) , has been extremely rude in multiple occasions, examples include: I ordered a coffee that wasn’t as sweet as I liked it, so I went to her and requested to add more caramel and i offered to pay for the extra, she went on to snatch it from my hand and then lecture me that if I wanted it sweet I have to make a selection to add more. Another time, I payed to have oat milk for my drink, she put skim, I am lactose intolerant, I brought it back some time later because I put it in the fridge for next days use. Despite it being their mistake, she said that I had to come in right away and since I hadn’t she will only be willing to fix THEIR MISTAKE this one time ( I literally still had the drink untouched), then just today I made an order that automatically included whip cream, I told her that, and showed her( it was the frozen toffee coffee) which automatically gave me whip cream without me personally selecting it. She went again to lecture me in the most condescending and unfriendly tone on how I need to personally select it. And when I tried to explain that it was already selected when I made the order she waved me off and walked away ignoring me. I have never been treated so poorly without cause. Used the curbside pickup on my way by. Pulled in but someone had parked in curbside spot so next available was a couple spots down, still in front of the store though. So I let them know I was there via the app. Waited some time and was wondering how long it would take - expected a wait initially as I could see the line inside, but the line had cleared out and so had a few spots including the curbside pickup spot. I was thinking maybe I needed to move over a couple of spots but thought they could clearly see me and it does give your vehicle info so they shouldn't have a hard time. Eventually a lady appeared in the window with a dozen and held it up and I nodded so she bought it out and I opened the back for her to place it in the car. She then pointed to the curbside pickup sign and I nodded and let her know there had been a car there when I arrived. She went over and straighten the sign a bit but while I was there I saw at least two people just park in that spot and go in. Maybe tell those who take the spot to move if they aren't there for curbside pickup if you want to be...

This is by far one of the worse Dunkin’ I’ve been to. It’s the closest to my house and I keep trying to give it a try because if there is younger blonde girl she is amazing but I haven’t seen her in awhile now. This last experience was the final straw for me. I suggest drive to the next location. Not only are they rude but They always try to charge me extra for things that if I ordered through the app are free. Today I ordered one donut and a drink with oat milk. They charged me for two donuts and I didn’t notice cause oatmilk is normally extra but I got my refund went to grab my drink and it’s regular milk. I’m lactose intolerant so I can’t drink it I ask if it was made right and he wasn’t even nice when I asked just I didn’t hear you say that defensively. And they remade my drink but this time instead of the light ice I asked for 3/4 of the drink was ice. I’m sorry but I will never tell anyone to come to this location after multiply experiences like this.edit to add I think they gave me whole milk after making the drink a second time... not a good...
