My review IS NOT based as a customer, it based as a grubhub driver. So I accepted an order through grubhub after arriving to pick order up and notified the employee that I was there to pick up an order for * so the employee proceeds to grab order from the table located behind the register as I was already CONFIRMING that I had the order. We'll the employee then asks "can I confirm the order" I stated to him that I had already done so and as I was grabbing the order he then pulls order AWAY from me and said "I need you to confirm the order" AGAIN I said I had done so and wanted me to show him my phone. Now the problem is that as a driver I am on the hook as well to accept an order and Not successfully completing the order SO I say that to say that YES I felt discriminated because after I stated I accepted the order, that should have been IT! for that man to snatched the order back as if I hadn't done what I KNOW I HAVE TO DO IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE GIG TO GET PAID that was not necessary nor have I EVER experienced that before out of the 1000 plus times I have picked orders up! I made a report through grubhub that I will follow up with just because that was EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE and I personally wouldn't want to go through something like that again nor should the next person. Especially considering all the other restaurants has put different tactics to assure that people aren't just picking orders up for themselves (something I NEVER DO NOR HAVE DONE) I rather keep my GH account than to perpetrate I picked an order up and possibly having my account deactivated for such reason. So I hope the manager reads my review and speak with employee as well as taking action to ensure orders are properly being picked up WITHOUT offending anyone. By the way I Loveeeee chinese food, and being new to the area "I heard" this restaurant was pretty good BUT after that treatment I received as the part 2 for their customer satisfaction, I wouldn't bring a stray dog here to eat!!!

Asked why no one answered phone and was told he was in the kitchen. There were 4 staff in the kitchen. I told him I wanted a free egg roll as I was going to now wait 20 minutes for my order. The egg roll was below average, as it always is. Spicy garlic chicken was very weak. Little chicken, way too much broccoli. Very wet and not much garlic or spicy. BBQ pork egg Foo Young was not even average. I've been eating here for 20 years. There are new owners in the last year. I will no longer order the food from here. Will need to find a new restaurant. Read moreI lice not only 5 minutes away from this location, placed an order over $40 at 815pm, and it's 930pm still waiting for our food. They close at 9 and obviously don't answer their phone. Funny how they called me at 845 asking for a tip to add since they close at 9 which I gave them but now they won't answer the phone. These people are theives and have a sad way to run a business. Sadly now I will have to call the police for theft. Watch this place with any of your credit cards.
