It was Mother's Day- I expected the order to be delayed, no problem. I placed the order online for delivery and was told it would be here in about 35 minutes.
After 75 minutes (yes I actually waited that long because I always give restaurants the benefit of the doubt) they called me and told me that they are busy and that our order would not arrive for ANOTHER 60 minutes.
They asked if I want to cancel- I said yes. They apologized.
Since I ordered through "Eat Street," the order had to be cancelled with them. The restaurant actually made ME call eat street to cancel the order!
I'm probably the most understanding person when it comes to the food industry, but this was ridiculous.
What a terrible Mother's Day experience. They didn't so much as offer me a discount on a future order or anything of the sort.
I see many positive reviews here; if we ever got to try the food maybe we'd agree.
This experience was incredibly stressful and I will absolutely NEVER try to give them my money and I will tell everyone I know...

Now, I understand that I made this particular food choice. However, I was not satisfied with the food and wanted to make an exchange for another meal. I spoke directly to the owner and she stated, "There is nothing wrong with our food and you ordered this on your own." Again, I understand this, but her customer service skills were, BEYOND HORRENDOUS. She claimed that they do not make food exchanges at the restaurant. I have tolerated all of those employees attitudes for years, but plainly, this takes the cake. Read moreI eat here with my family every time we come to seven bridges. But today was a very experience, in which I don’t think I’ll every come back. There is a Chinese man with a bald head with a very bad attitude. First, when I order my food which is a spicy basil fried rice with an order of egg rolls, the server didn’t make me feel welcome, nor did he look at me once. He was rushing me as if the place was crowded, but I still order because I like the establishment. The man come back to my table with my order which is totally wrong. Which was spicy basil chicken with rice. I told him that it was wrong, but he insisted I asked for a spicy basil chicken with rice. In which he gets an attitude and said “Let us be clear... Next time we need to have a better understanding”, then walked away... I think I will find me another...
