This was my first time visiting McAllisters Deli EVER in my life and it was the worst experience. I’m pretty sure I was profiled. I initially called to place an order, but was told the kitchen couldn’t be reached and to just drive up and go in. I did. When I got there, there were about 3 families dinning in with one leaving. I was behind a family that was placing an order and stood almost 10 minutes before someone pointed me to the other counter, which someone who came in LONG AFTER me was being serviced, to place my order. As I stood in line, the family that was in front of me wanted to add something to their order and was immediately recognized, in which he asked me if I’d ordered yet, I said no and he told the guy at the counter not to worry about because he could wait. Obviously he wasn’t oblivious to the disrespect and profiling. After the lady was finished, I placed mine and stood to the side to wait.. 5 minutes later, the food was called for the lady who was in front of me, but they told her to go pull up and someone would bring it out, yet had her food sitting on the counter after calling her name. My order came out right behind them, just to wait another 10 minutes for the cashier to ring up 5 people and pass my food to get trash off of the tables outside. After helping everyone else, the young man finally decided to hand me my food and offered to give me a drink or cookie for the “wait” after everyone else had been served and ordered. I will never return or visit a McAllisters ever for that matter. It’s sad that it’s 2022 and people are still being racist… Even in public...

This is not actually a complaint about the food. I find this McAllister's like so many others I eat at to be well above average. Always good food, good staff, and excellent service. What I am upset about is that this one location cannot get a delivery or pickup order correct to save their lives. I have had multiple pickup and delivery orders from this location and in all of those orders they've only gotten one correct. They consistently forget the pickle even though it's clearly marked on the order. They give you potato salad, when you ask for macaroni and cheese. And heaven forbid Don't order a separate side bowl of soup when you've already put a bowl of soup with your lunch order because you want two bowls of soup, you're only going to get one.
They are always nice and apologetic. The nice young lady who listened to me complain about their delivery promised me that I wouldn't have to pay for it if I wanted to come up and get the replacement bowl of soup they missed. Darn nice of her I thought. Especially since it was on my order and I already paid for it.
I am not saying not to use this McAllister's Deli location, but I am telling you you better check your orders when you pick them up or have them delivered. The staff at this location needs some serious training and how to properly prep, check, and have an order ready for pickup or delivery.
Here's what's really weird. I've eaten at this location and dined in a number of times. Guess what? Not once did they get an...

Dusty napkin holders, 3 tables not cleared for the duration of our meal and slow, miserable service. The poor cashier had no spark or friendliness but understandably she must've been worn out from having to take the order, work drive thru, and run the food from the kitchen to the tables. Because she was by herself in the front-of-house, it made the wait times for service pretty long. Had a bland French dip with a salty au jus. I let my husband finish it... The fruit and passion fruit lemonade were better than the actual meal. My daughter who relishes every drop of Broccoli Cheddar soup at other restaurants, left a third of her soup bowl behind which is unheard of in my household. My husband liked his sandwich but everything was so mediocre, and forgettable I couldn't even tell you what was on it. We decided we needed a little something sweet and opted for two slices of the Godiva cheese cake. It was the star of the show. Maybe it was just this location and they may have been struggling with their staffing issues, but I'd rather drive a few miles longer and enjoy...
