This is in reference to the store located at:
3030 Eagle Dr Woodstock, GA 30189
I would have put NO STARS but that's not an option, so unfortunately they're actually getting 1 Star even though they don't deserve that!
I had a very disappointing experience today at this location and have already responded via the QR Code on the drive thru window.
Here is my official complaint:
6/13 2:17PM
I ordered 3 meals (which include a drink), but was told that the only drinks available were a cup of water or tea because their drink machine wasn’t working. While I was frustrated for obvious reasons, I was going home to eat my meal anyway and simply asked for a couple of extra ZAX Sauces. The young teenager taking my order (female) informed me and I quote, “that’s not how that works.” SERIOUSLY?!?!?
So I drove up to the window and asked to speak to the Manager. At the point the young lady just smiled, asked for John (the Manager) and turned around to tell her co-workers what was happening. Absolute immaturity and horrible customer service so far! John comes to the window to see what the problem was to which, again, simply asked for some extra ZAX Sauces since I was paying for 3 drinks but were not getting them. Just think that last part through with me—I’m paying for drinks that I’m not getting….
So I ask John, the Manager, who has explained to me that there’s a shortage of sugar, blah, blah, blah, and I ask AGAIN—how about just giving us some extra ZAX sauces. He explains that he cannot do that because it’s Zaxby’s policy to charge for their sauces! ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME? What has happened to good ol’ plain common sense?!?!?
I then ask John: so how much does a ZAX sauce cost and he says, “$.25.” TWENTY FIVE CENTS! I ask how much does that drink cost that I’m NOT getting, and he says, “about $2.” I then explain to him that Zaxby’s is STILL WINNING because I’ve paid more for drinks that Im getting compared to the cost of sauces. He still refuses to accommodate THE CUSTOMER, to the obvious delight of the employees who are all staring and the young lady who smiling as if she “won!”
If THIS is how Zaxby’s trains their Management and employees to treat their customers, not only is it a huge disappointment, people should be losing their jobs starting with the Executives of Zaxby’s.
I will now be heading to social media to leave this as a review in hopes that it actually makes a difference. If not, I will NOT eat at Zaxby’s, especially this location again.
Extremely disappointed in my “experience!”
Oh, and just to price their point, the Kids Chicken Fingers that COME WITH ONE SAUCE….we didn’t get it! No wonder the young immature girl at the window was smiling so big. SHE KNEW! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!
I really hope I hear from someone with some common sense. I also hope that the immature staff at this location can get some training on how to properly treat the customer - you know the ones who support their business and pay their...
Read moreI felt like I was on a TV show when I went last night. A TV show where they try really really hard to shock you, get you angry, or make you feel like you're in the twilight zone. I placed an order online to pick up, drove to the restaurant, and joined the drive-thru line to pick up. First, I get to the speaker and was asked my name for the order, cool, np. Pulled around to the next window to be asked what my order was. I told them again that I was picking up an online order and gave them my name. Then, I watched as they dropped an empty gallon (for my sweet tea that I ordered) on the floor, look up to see if I saw, then threw it away and got a new one. Then another person asked what the name on my order was (3 times I have been asked now) and she looked confused. The female that was filling the gallon of sweet tea then came to the window to give me the gallon, it was covered in sweet tea. As I hung it out the window, I asked for napkins. Original person that asked for my name, asked for it again (4th time), and then asked if I got my drinks for my meals, which I haven't, so I said no. Mind you, I ordered 3 meals (all with drinks) and a gallon of tea. I then received me food, which was incorrect, and my grilled chicken sandwich was probably made that morning with the brown lettuce that looked past date that I got with it. They shut the window and say, "Have a good night......" Where are my drinks? I waited there for a while, waiting for them to realize I'm still at your window because you still didn't get it right. Finally, after an awkward stand off, she opens the window and I said, my drinks for my meals?? She then goes, Oh, and hands me TWO drinks, even though I was suppose to get 3. THEN, the female asked me if I could try them and make sure they were the correct drinks....like right there at the window. Listen these drinks are not all mine, why would I drink out of everyone's drinks?? Then I pulled off, 1 drink missing, old rubbery grilled chicken with spoiled lettuce, missing an order of fries for the meals, and I was NOT about to turn around and try to get that fixed. I honestly don't know why I went through that entire experience and STILL drove off with something. It won't happen again, I promise you that, because not only am I not coming back, but I will share this with...
Read moreWent through the drive-thru tonight not realizing how much the menu had changed. Asked the young girl if she could have the kitchen make the original club sandwich (since they have everything in the kitchen to make the original sandwich) the girl was as sweet as she could be. She just said the mayo would have to be on the side. Cool! No problem at all. As long as there is NO Zax sauce. I get home with my food and of course it’s covered in zax sauce. Not three chicken fingers but a cold, old chicken breast. And a half of a piece of bacon. And no lettuce. So I called the restaurant to speak with the MOD I asked him what he would like to do to make the situation right? He told me there wasn’t a situation to be made right. They don’t make that sandwich anymore he said. Yet he heard HIS employee tell me she would have that done yet he never said a thing to me or her. I know there’s speakers in the kitchen where everyone working can hear what is being said between the customer and the employee in the drive thru. Yet they chose to make me the sandwich I didn’t want while at the same time smiling and telling me they would. The managers name is “Xion.” He yelled it after I asked him numerous times because I was done talking with him. If you don’t want to fix a problem that you and your staff created them our conversation is done. Xion, if that’s your real name, I’ve already called corporate and left a message about your inability to make things right and communicate. I used to work alongside Preston in Marietta and we made MONEY. I used to work alongside Paul in riverstone and we made MONEY. My sister used to run the store your poorly running now. And she made MONEY. This store HAS NOT been the same since 2010. Whoever was the manger on Monday night on 9/18 at 9:30 at night needs to seriously work on communication skills, people skills, customer service and maybe just maybe learn a little bit about being impeccable with your word. If your employee says they will do something then you need to HONOR it. Or at least, pop your head out the drive thru window and say I’m sorry ma’am we can’t do that. And I would have happily taken my money elsewhere. I don’t want my meal replaced. I want my money back. This store will NEVER get another...
