Please read!!!! So let's start off were me and my brother went here for the first time and the place looks nice and the staff is friendly but people go out to eat for the food. The friendliness is a bonus. So we both ordered roast turkey dinners. I received mash with brown gravy and cranberry sauce. My brother received Mac and cheese and mash with brown gravy. Both dinners came with soup or salad and we both ordered the salads. So here we go! The gravy was good and the mash was good as well but the turkey had a after taste to it. I think it was Palmolive. Lol. The Mac and cheese is literally elbow macaroni with cheese wiz! No I'm not making this up. The stuffing was so bland it taste like nothing. The salad was good though. The dinner rolls were tough because they were nuked and you all know when you nuke bread it takes the moisture out of it. So if there was a robbery you could just throw one at him and knock him out with it. This is a place we're you order breakfast and sandwiches and other things not dinner. I used to be in the business for 25 years so I do have the right to give this review. Plus I'm 100% Italian so I know food.

Eat there at your own...

please do not go here if you have food allergies!!!!! while ordering our breakfast I made our server aware that my daughter is allergic to dairy and asked if there was any dairy in the scrambled eggs (to which he said no) and asked him to not put any butter on the toast that came with my daughter’s meal. food comes out and I visually inspected the toast, it looked OK, my daughter starts eating it. as she is eating it her hands are getting oily as they would if there was butter on the toast. at this point I smelled the toast and smelled butter. I called the server and asked what was on the toast, to which he replied butter. I told him again that my daughter is allergic and I asked for no butter. he said sorry. when checking out I told the woman also and she said ‘sorry about that he’s normally pretty good’. sorry doesn’t change the fact my daughter could’ve had an anaphylactic reaction due to their negligence to detail. my poor daughter has been vomiting with hives ever since eating the toast. we will never be back....

Mid afternoon for an early dinner. Very disappointing. Service was very slow, even though it was not very busy. Chicken croquettes are a normal diner staple. What I received tasted horrible, stale and old. I could not eat it. They did not offer to deduct the meal from the bill but did give us 20% off. They offered another meal, but I declined. So I basically had a salad and that was it. My husband's food was interesting-but he said it tasted good. Chicken cordon bleu, but it came cut up in a bowl with tons of cheese sauce. It was almost served like an Italian Dish and you would have expected to have pasta in the sauce. It was supposed to come with a baked potato and one side. He never got the potato. He asked twice about it. I've been to this diner quite a few times through the years, but I don't know that I...

I have been coming here for years and we stopped for dinner for the last time tonight went in and got the same waitress for years who is very good we both ordered open face roast beef that came with a Salad After Finishing our salads mary came back with the roast beef we both tasted it and couldn't believe it what tasted like canned gravy and Instant mashed potatoes I called Mary over And asked her why did they change the gravy She asked me if I would like something elseWe both said no and my wife told her to just charge us for the salads we didn't want anything else She informed me that they changed owners. She brings the bill and each side salad was $7.99 , ridiculous price for a plate of lettuce

Woodstown Diner in Woodstown is a great example of classic higher-end northeast American diners. I just loved this place. Having a primarily wood interior, rather than stainless steel, lends it more of a lodgy feel; cozy and comfortable. Bring your patience and be prepared to take notes because the menu is quite large, but you will have no problem finding something for everyone. Our food was most excellent. We went with the Broiled Seafood Combo and the Tuscan Chicken Wrap. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is kept very clean. If you happen to be at Farmers & Bankers Brewing and need a bite to eat, Woodstown Diner is just a short walk away. Highly recommended.

Woodstown Diner has that classic New Jersey diner feel—welcoming, comfortable, and full of charm. We’ve stopped in a couple of times now, and each visit has delivered very good food and service. Today, we went for breakfast. I had three eggs over easy with home fries, bacon, and toast. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict. Both meals were excellent—the poached eggs were perfectly cooked, the home fries were crisp and flavorful, and the bacon was delicious. It’s a bit of a longer drive for us, but definitely worth it. The service is prompt and friendly, and while the interior is older, it has plenty of character. There’s also ample parking, making the visit easy and enjoyable.
