editing from my original post, the owner got in touch with me and was super communicative and supportive, listened to what I had to say, and was very apologetic to the poor situation in which I dealt with before.

To put shortly, I had a bad experience with one of the bartenders who then found my social media and messaged me outside of the pub regarding the situation which did not go any better.
