I ordered delivery at 4pm. I paid nearly $17 to have an order of cheesy bread and a 2-liter brought to me. After the phone person told me it would be 30-40 min. I said ok. I was charged immediately. After 50 min, I called to ask where my order was. (I am 10 min away from this place.) The phone person claimed there was only one delivery driver on staff and the 2nd one just arrived and took my order to deliver. Another 30 min went by and the food finally arrived. Only is was cold and hard. I called back to speak to someone and they put me on hold for 16 min before I hung up. It is now nearly 6pm. So for 2 hours and $17... I had the equivalent of melted cold cheese on a large cracker. I will never call them again for anything. The Young guy on the phone was polite. Too bad his manager is severely lacking. Tell your phone person if there's only one person driving ...too extend time... and cooks to put food in later. Hope you get your act together before you lose your job. I left a 20% tip and we didn't cause a fuss about the wait but you mess up the food you should fix it. We placed a $50 order and ordered 4 Ranches as we use it for the food as that's how we eat it the order arrived with one. I called I got I'm sorry and then an eventual offer of a $6 refund. As I again told her we use the sauce for the food as she then tells me she has no diver but if I need the sauce she can have sauce delivered I guess to use on room temp food when she gets around to it or again a $6.
