Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Woodward

I hate doing this. I was excited Taco Mayo, had not seen one in years. The building new modern. However, sadly to say the love stops there. My first visit drive through did not go well I offered to pay for more sauce ( they- and may be right- claim there sauce packet is 3 of a normal sauce -, it is bigger. I still got less than bargained then got to my hotel room. See taco pic. The next time maybe it was just a one off, I still offered to pay for more sauce, I got two of their packets for 5 items. Then a ",freebee" even though i offered to pay for more. While in Iine a lady came in drive through customer they forgot her two orders of potatoes. Jokes were made. I got my order got to my room and I'll be dammed missing a burrito, not a joke. So I'm not going back a 3rd time shame on me twice. It has the appeal/feeling of a cut rate franchise e, owner, I don't know but margins must be thin. Menu could use some work I think, but I could just be dumb. Sorry taco mayo but I did not feel well served. I hope experiences are better for others.

The food was good but the customer service could really use improvement.

1st your employees should be able to count. My total came to $11.02. I gave the girl two 5s and two 1s. She just stared at me until i gave her another 5. Then she didnt count the change back. She just put the money all folded up on the counter and shoved it toward me.

2nd if you are going to use the counter to place money on, you better not be putting my cup unpside down on it. If i wanted the germs from the money, id just lick it.

3rd this is the only taco mayo i have ever been in that I was not greeted when i walked in or had any closing ms statements when zi left. Im sure this girl was just in a hurry to go sit in thd booth with her boyfriend. This is the third time ive been in here this week and she always goes straight back to sitting next to him. Went here for the first time, had heard rave reviews. Food is ok, not the best, but not bad. Customer service on the other hand BLOWS. Girl adding toppings made it VERY clear that my family coming into this establishment was an inconvenience to her and that she did not want to have to do ANY thing beyond throw some cheese onto our food, wrap it and get rid of us. She would not speak to us, just rolled her eyes every time we asked for something else to be added to our food. I was under the impression that this was a build your own place. Long story short, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you can not be polite when dealing with people, you should not work in a customer service position. This girl needs to be FIRED because she goes out of her way to make you uncomfortable and not want to come back. Needless to say, good food or not.
