Burger King — Restaurant in Woodward

Went for lunch a few days ago with my family. Food was good, for Burger King food. Atmosphere was nice - it's newly built so it still has that modern and clean look to it. The only issue I had was the service - I went up to the counter and stated I wanted to do the mix-and-match meal deal (the meal deal that has 2 small meals for $12). I stated that I wanted the quarter pound meal and the big king meal (I believe that's what it is called), he said "I don't have the bacon king on here" so I told him I said the quarter pound meal and the BIG KING meal, he said okay. I then said I wanted to to do the King Junior nuggets meal and King Junior hamburger - he then asks if I want just the junior hamburger? I said no, the King Junior hamburger meal. He says okay. He gives me my total Nad I pay. The food comes up in a good amount of time, but as I was waiting I looked at the receipt and saw that he rang up the mix-and-match sandwiches- just the sandwiches not the meal deal one. And what was supposed to be the King Junior hamburger was rang up as just the junior hamburger sandwiche. I became very irritated because I stated what I wanted clearly multiple times. I decided not to say anything as I work overnights and went with my wife to Woodward (we live in another town) to a doctor's appointment, so I was already tired and irritated as is and didn't feel like (possibly) arguing with anyone about communication breakdown. In most areas Burger King is really good. The new Burger King in Woodward gets 2 stars because the first time we tried to eat there, they were out of burger parties at 8:30pm, and the young lady taking our order was very quick tempered when we were trying to see what food they had to serve. Many items simply weren't available, even though on the menu. Ok. Undersite. We thought we'd come back after they got in the swing of things. The 2nd time we ate there we, at least, got food, and quickly. The double whopper i got was grey, and cold in color. Tasteless. Same for the other three double burger orders. I'm a truck driver and I always buy from BK and I've always been well attended to everywhere, but at this location they have no respect for the customer. I placed my order through the app and went to pick it up about an hour before closing time. When I got to the drive-thru window, the attendant simply pretended not to see me and refused to answer or serve me. He sat there looking at me as if I were an animal. If you don't want to work until the end of the day, that's fine, but at least say you won't serve them and give them an explanation. You don't ignore someone in front of you like that.
