Very poor customer service and communication at this location. I had placed an order online for delivery and about 15 minutes later received a phone call from a young lady letting me know that they only had one delivery driver and it might take a little longer. While she was telling me that, the delivery driver got back to the store and picked up my order. I was grateful she let me know because there are many businesses that are lacking in staff so I understood the time issue. I figured it would take awhile since they might have had extra orders to deliver, so I waited about 45 minutes. My husband still hadn’t received the order I placed, so I called the location. The automated system said my order had already been delivered, so I waited to speak to someone at the restaurant. I was told that they had to cancel the order due to the driver not being able find the address. This was a hotel address, not a home address. Not had a single problem with any other deliveries since he has been there. I never received a phone call asking directions or to even let me know there was an issue. His explanation was because they had other orders to deliver. That is unacceptable to say to a customer for the fault of the restaurant and staff. Now it is late and hard to find anything open. Read moreLiterally the worst place to go sit down and eat in Woodward, OK. Our server took our drink order, and got one wrong. We ordered breadsticks but weren’t sure what else we wanted to order so the server put in our breadsticks order and told us she would return shortly to take the rest of our order. She never came back. We sat and waited for 30 minutes before pulling a different server aside to take our order. Still no breadsticks. We waited another 20 minutes and received cold breadsticks with cold wings and no pizza. My boyfriend ate his cold wings and I had one breadstick and was no longer interested because they were not good at all. After another 15 minutes we finally decided to get up and leave. When we walked up to the counter to pay for what we had eaten I could see there was a lot of food that was sitting at the bar waiting to be served, including our pizza. We asked to have it to go and left. Three servers, one manager, and 5 tables including ours and somehow we couldn’t get any decent service. I don’t plan on returning and I wouldn’t recommend this specific location to anyone. If you want Pizza Hut, you’re better off going through the drive though. Maybe that way you won’t...
Read moreSaturday night was the first night that I've eaten at pizza Hut in a long time. I ordered a large meat lovers pizza and 2 marinara sauces. I told the waitress that I was on my dinner break and that I was probably going to only eat 2 slices and take the rest home. I also ordered my drink in a to go cup. By the time the pizza arrived, I only had time to eat one slice (out of the box because she did not bring me a plate) The pizza was not done in the center (the area was actually luke warm!) I scarfed down that slice (minus the cold tip) and went to pay. I told the cashier (who was also my waitress) that I just wanted to let her know that she might let the chefs know that my pizza was raw in the center (the dough portion) and the cheese at the center was just luke warm. She said she was sorry and that she could get my number and they could call me. (I declined because I go to bed really late and turn my phone off while I sleep in the morning.
