Bookkeeper is extremely rude! She pretended to be helpful by explaining costs and options but when I called with questions afterwards to clarify her stock answer was "I already told you that"! If we understood it clearly we would not be calling and asking for an explanation again. Sandy was very condescending to the young receptionist that was there. I had made appointments for all 5 family members to go there as we were new to the area. After her tone and attitude on the phone I called back and canceled them all. She may have been with the prior dentist for decades but she could certainly learn a few things from the young receptionist who was doing a great job scheduling all the appointments. The receptionist did not look like she needed reminding from Sandy how long a first visit for a cleaning and check up needed to be. I have worked with many bullies like Sandy over the years. She may have seniority in years working but hands down the receptionist is the one that was the professional that day! Run, don't walk to another dentist who might appreciate...

Dr. Latino is the best dentist I have ever gone to. I have been going there for about 15 years. I like his approach of only doing work on his patient's teeth if it is absolutely needed. I had been bring my kids to another dentist, as I live 30 minutes away, and the other dentist filled two cavities in my 5-year-old daughter's mouth, one of which fell out a couple of months later. That dentist claimed that my daughter must have been eating candy, and the candy would have pulled out her filling. Dr. Latino would not have touched her baby teeth unless absolutely necessary. I also love the staff. His receptionist have called out patients to change appointment times with me, and they have been there for more than 15 years, so that tells you something...Now, I drive my whole family 30 minutes to Dr....

If you're looking for great dental care I think you'll be very happy here, I would even give them bonus stars if possible! Dr. Kalra saw me the same day when I first called with a toothache, even though I wasn't a previous patient. I was referred to a specialist to get a route canal then went back to Dr. Kalra for a crown. Everyone here is so friendly and professional, and every visit has been a really great experience. They always see you right on time which I appreciate, no waiting around. Most recently I've had a deep cleaning of my teeth with Jennifer over 4 visits, she is a really great dental hygienist with tons of experience and she will make you feel very comfortable.
