Honey Dew Donuts — Restaurant in Worcester

Left dunkins to try to work for honey dew. Crew is nice but management is horrible. Cleanliness of machines are far from clean. First hand experience they don't clean machines as often as they are supposed to. Also they dont have skim milk but tell customers they do and give them whole milk. If you have a lactose intolerance i would advise to get your coffee somewhere else. I brought all this to the attention of management and i no longer have a schedule yet again the worst company to get...

I gave this place a chance after seeing their hours were now later. I stepped into the store and the person at the counter taking my order was beyond miserable looking and made me feel like I was bothering them by coming in. I just asked for a coffee and a ham and egg bagel and they proceeded to huff and puff and mumble while making my order. Sorry I made you get off your phone to actually do something....

Honeydew used to be the best even with lots of choices with Dunkin Donuts and gourmet donuts right down the road, now they have a bunch of new people working there and all the drinks suck, they taste wicked watered down. Sometimes you'll even get a ice drink that is warm with ice cubes floating in it. Luckily, some of the past employees are still working there, so they will always make you your drink...
