Surprisingly fast fresh and accurate. We went here for a covid 19 social distancing drive through break and apparently so did everyone else in Newengland . The line was abit down the street which from past experience is a bad sign. We saw it through and to our surprise the line actually seemed to be moving very quickly. Like unnaturally not in America perhaps the place is out of everything or something? But to our surprise when we pulled up to the speaker we were met with a very curious person who took our entire order quickly and accurately repeated it gave us our food and ice cream which was all perfectly delicious and fresh hot stuff hot cold stuff cold sauces we asked for in the bag spoons napkins straws everything we didn't even have to pull up and wait. The drive up window thing worked like it used to work like back in the 70s and 80s when it was invented before people became so apathetic about service that they didn't care if they got your order right or if you food was any good As long as it was fast especially in a down the block rush 30 minutes before closing time! 5 stars to DQ For making The Drive through Great Again! That's something nobody in DC could ever take credit for even when...
Read moreI went there with my wife and went to top off my Hi-C and was told I couldn't come in and get refills. I understand their trying to make money but I only top off my drink for the ride home. Its not very much. I've been going there just about every weekend for about a year and a half and toping off my drink every time. Generally I get two cheese burgers of which one is a combo meal and get a large combo meal. Sometimes my wife gets a combo meal and we get ice cream. Some already know my order when they see me. My wife and I love that Dairy Queen. I love the cheese burgers and she loves the ice cream.
I guess I was probably rude but I kept on walking as she was talking.
I hope we can still go but will limit my food order to just ice cream and cheese burgers.
Finally we drive from Acton, Massachusetts just to go to that Dairy Queen as its the best around just about...
Read moreI live in West Boylston for a couple of years and we are ongoing customers. Terrible experience today. I hope management put someone with customer service basic skills to take care of the drive through. We tried to order on the drive through and the guy kept saying he couldn’t hear us. So we went to the window and told him that his head set might be broken because we were shouting and he could not hear. He said that he could not hear because of our toddler screaming on the back. Our kid wasn’t. He was pretending not to hear because our toddler was talking on the back. This is ridiculous. We just made our order and left, we just wanted to have our ice cream at the end of the day. I hope management take this guy and put him on a position where he does not have to deal with customers. He is not...
