A Long Overdue Love Letter to Palma's Bakery! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a five-time visitor who has waited way too long to leave a review, let me just say: Palma's Bakery is an absolute gem, and it deserves every single one of these five stars!

I recently brought my out-of-town guests here, and they were just as equally impressed as I always am. The atmosphere is charming, and the aroma alone is enough to make your mouth water.

We absolutely devoured the DELICIOUS Italiano Sandwich – it's perfectly balanced with fresh ingredients and that incredible bread. A true masterpiece!

What truly blew us away, though, was their incredible customer service. They were busy when we visited, and we had a bit of a wait for our order. They offered a free dessert to make up for the wait. OMG – these desserts were so delicious, I honestly wish I knew what I ate! Each bite was pure bliss, a perfect ending to an already fantastic meal.

Woke up with a craving for a “real” sandwich but decided to try somewhere new. I’ve lived 5 minutes away from here for the last six months now and finally gave it a go.

I went with the Venetian. Sinply put, this is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had since I moved to Worcester from NJ. The exact sandwich I was craving. The homemade bread was incredible, fluffy with a crispy, garlicky bite. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the zucchini kept everything moist. Fresh lettuce and ripe tomatoes with the addition of provolone brought it all together.

Aside from their expansive display of bakery items, they have a nice selection of finger foods from far away lands. Unique drinks and a decent olive bar. The price for the quality you’re getting here is hard to come by in this day and age. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their sandwiches!

As an added afterthought - having an actual parking lot makes Palma’s more accessible than a lot of other similar locations...

Visit an Italian Bakery without having to board a plane! A step inside this bakery/deli takes you to Italian food nirvana! A pastry case full of freshly baked Italian pastries, shelves stocked with all the italian food staples I miss from my days in Italy, and fantastic sandwiches are what we found as we happened on this little gem. We ordered some hot sandwiches made with perfect homemade bread, slightly crunch on the outside, soft on the inside and filled with delicious melty goodness on the inside. The home-made sausages were fantastic! Before leaving we ordered some great pastries and then had a hard time stopping ourselves from adding more and more goodies like dried tomatoes, candies, pasta and more!
