Update2: It's been a month for us at E.L. Music. My child is enjoying her time with Joe and has learned a lot. What she has learned these last few weeks has surpassed what she has learned the prior few years.

Update: After some phone tag, we're looking forward to having our girl 'jam' with Joe. Excited and thinking her enthusiasm for music will be rekindled...

Matt is super knowledgeable and just fun to chat with. He let me try out an SE Silver Sky and it was already set up perfectly! I told him I’d have to think about it, but within a day I knew I wanted it. My son has the music bug and wants to play ALL the instruments. Yesterday he decided clarinet is his new dream. We visited a music store and the person behind the counter had zero knowledge regarding rentals. We left after two minutes. I decided to drive a half hour out to see if Matt could help. Matt was in a lesson but Kristine was there. She was able to answer all of our questions. She walked us through cleaning kits and reed types and the rental plan. She was super patient and responsive.
