Wendy's — Restaurant in Worcester

Dining room closed early and the drive threw line was long. Wendys staff seems to work very slow so the line too moves very slow. I got cold, over salted fries and my burger looked like it was stepped on prior to being wrapped. The food tastes great but has an awful presentation and the staff seem to hate their jobs because the service was terrible and slow. I got an attitude for asking for napkins where there were only 2 in the food bag and my soda was clearly over filled being handed to me woth soda drips and drops covering the outside of the cup. What i don't quite understand is when i was a teen, fastfood places only paid $3.75\hr to work at and the employees were usually embarrassed to see anyone they know while at work or in the uniform. Now i see signs at almost every fastfood establishment advertising jobs starting at $17&$18 per hour. Of i made that as a teen or even young adult i would have gladly sought employment at any one of those places and held my head high. My point is, if you don't want to work there and provide great service im more than sure someone else would gladly fill your position. Hell, even now being in my 40's, i too may even consider taking a night job working fastfood just for the spending money. Wendy's, im begging you, PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This problem is not only singled out to the southbridge st worcester location but runs rampid across almost all your locations ive personally visited. Perhaps the problem lies with management, HR, and or employee moral but i know the problem...

If I could give them zero stars I would. Today November 18, 2022 I arrived at the store for a DoorDash order at 9:16 PM. There was a white woman, who was older, she was the manager and she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me when I asked her to please put up a sign for consumers that their lobby is closed because they are shorthanded. Also to boot the crazy manager was banging on my driver side window. She came out and was taking pictures of my car while threatening to assault me. All because I had to call doordash customer service to verify the order they were refusing to give me. I worked in fast food for over 10 years and I’ve never treated a customer the way that she treated me. Truthfully all these people complaining about how they want $15 an hour not one of you deserve it especially if that’s how your going to treat a customer like that when all they do is ask you to do something for the customers which mind you it is your job working in fast food to help customers. But apparently these people are lazy, incompetent and don’t want to do their job. The Wendy’s on park Ave have nicer and friendlier staff. Please report this broad to...

Price keeps going up, food quality does not, & food quantity, meaning size has gone down. They think we don't notice, but we do... 🥴 💔 😥

What can you do, no one cares, no one listens. We should eat only fruits & vegetables anyways, if we want to live healthy, long lifes. This much is true!!! ☝️💓🙏🏻 LORD, help us, because everythung us so expendive we buy junk food teying to save & in the end, did we really?

We need restauranys that start caring about people, about service, about the customers like in my youth. We need workers that give a hoot & companies that want to feed us healthy stuff... anyhow, doirs close at 10:00 PM Drive through is open till 2:00 am, so beware!

They have forgotten some of my items before & I have gotten no refunds. Othertimes food is cold, when it should be piping hot. Fries, not good anymore, mostly tereible, when their best assets is their soda & i am trying not to drink soda, it's hard... 🥴 I know, I shouldn't buy it, yet at times it is all i can afford!!!

Did I mention they no longer let you in after 10:00 PM? Why is this? Maybe because it is a "hot spot" & they need to, for safety...
