I prepaid for a birthday cake I ordered online with 1 week notice. When we went to go pick it up, they did not have our order and the guy working there was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us figure out what happened with our order, without looking at our receipt, and without offering other options… he just said to call the 1800 number (that isn’t open on weekends). When we finally asked if they have any other cakes we could purchase, his response was “if you pay for it”. Well no shit!!!!! I don’t know why he wasn’t more helpful in that moment.
