I really give this place ZERO stars but there is no option for that. So here we go: I brought my daughter's iPad here and they had it for over a month. I kept calling in to check the status because I was told initially that it would only take 2-3 days max. Every time I called I got a different story. First, we need to check with the technician and he doesn't come in until 2:00 then I actually spoke with the technician and he told me that the last time he spoke with me I told him not to fix the iPad. Those words never came out of my mouth! I told him to just leave the iPad broken and I will take it elsewhere to be fixed. When I get there suddenly there was a mix up with 2 Dominiques with almost the exact same phone numbers and the same type of iPad being serviced. He agreed to fix it for $100 instead of the $110 that I was quoted initially for the inconvenience of having to wait a month. They fix it and I take it home and the screen goes out a couple days later I take it back and they "fix" it again. I picked it back up last Saturday and the screen went out by Monday. They use very cheap products to replace screens, LCD etc. Do not waste your time or money going here. Go to Chicago Ridge Mall and take your phone, iPad, or tablet to Phone Fix and More and they will fix it right THE FIRST TIME.

Update: Since I can't comment back to management saying I have the "wrong location" I'll leave it here. I definitely have the RIGHT location between ultra foods and Dunkin' Donuts. I think I have been to this place enough within the last couple of months to know where you are located so don't lie. If you don't do iPad repairs then an attempt should not have been made...

Really great service from these guys. I watched this store grow up from basic phones and electronics to now buying DJI drones and iMac computers from them at a discounted rate! They also do excellent repairs and try to get them done within the hour, with the same repair taking days or weeks at the Apple store! They also maintain a nice selection of cigars at the lowest price in the city, almost half the normal prices! Overall, I will continue to give these guys all my business because of their great...

This place came through for me. I go to ford city usually to get anything wrong with my phone fixed but they always put in damaged iPhone parts. I just got my phone fixed less than two weeks ago and a few days after I got a new battery, the new battery stopped working. Now I’m here at exclusives and they always serve me great parts that at least last over six months before I’d have to get my phone fixed again. I would definitely recommend...
