6/26/25 YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS!!! I placed an order on GH and immediately got a call from the restaurant telling me I'll be charged extra because I don't want onions or MSG in my food.👿 Why? Because the fried rice is PRE-MADE and my dietary restrictions are considered a substitute! LET ME SAY IT AGAIN...THE FRIED RICE IS PRE-MADE!😫 I'm sure you expected and assumed your food was made when you order it. NOPE! Not here. So please tell us what other food do you make and leave sitting around waiting for people to order?? We're waiting🤔. I'm tired of giving this place a chance to do right but you consistently fail.

This business has been in a Black community, primarily serving Black people. At some point WE have to stop accepting how WE are treated by certain business owners & stop supporting their piss poor customer service & relations & demand to be treated accordingly since WE are the ones keeping them open & operating.

1/23/23-Much like other establishments, over the last 2 years I've limited my visits to Sky, mainly due to poor customer service, and price gauging. Today was no different. I was placing an order online & the delivery fee was $4. After I logged into my acct, the fee jumped to $6. I've NEVER paid that much for delivery from anywhere! I called the restaurant & was told it's because of the distance. I live less than 10 minutes & barely 2 miles away. I opted to order through GH because I have free Prime delivery. To my understanding, restaurants lose money if the customer uses a food delivery service. Their loss. To make things worse, there was hair in my food, so hell yeah, I'm dropping my rating, and I'll refrain from eating here for a while. Read moreThere food SUCKS!!!... & so does their customer service!!!... They got my order wrong & blamed me for not placing the order correctly.. How it was my fault when the reason I was placing the order was for this one particular dish Sesame Seed Shrimp... It was the very first thing I ordered & I asked question about how it was prepared before I placed the order & the rude Chinese woman said I never ordered it despite the fact that she admitted I asked several questions about the dish & that she did repeat it in my order. So how is it my fault that you didn't add it to the order when you repeated it in the order back to me & when you rang up the order.. I will NEVER EVER eat here EVER AGAIN!!! & I suggest no one else does as well the food was bland and flavorless.. The Chicken Egg Foo Young had no chicken that I can find and there wasn't any flavor to the brown gelatinous sauce. The other dishes The Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken & the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce had NO SAUCE whatsoever and the Orange Chicken was mostly fired batter & no chicken coated in very little sauce that tasted more like TANG than ORANGE JUICE!!.. Read moreI ordered 1 large shrimp fried Rice and 1 small chicken fried rice. I called my order in but still had to wait about 30 minutes. I left and I got about two blocks away, the store called me back to say they had given me the wrong order. I pulled over and opened both orders to be sure. She gave me two chicken fried rice and no Shrimp. I turned around and proceeded to the store. I took the bag in with me. The lady at the front abruptly pulled the Large Chicken Fried Rice out of my bag and replaced it with my Shrimp Fried Rice. I asked her if could keep it since it was open and for the inconvenience of having to return to the store and she said no with a blank stare. She placed the opened chicken fried rice she grabbed from my bag under the counter. I asked her what she going to give to another customer. She ignored me and gave me a Pepsi. I informed her I don't drink pop. Again, she just gave me a blank stare. I just thought this was really poor customer service. I will not be returning.
