Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Worth Township

First time ordering from a Domino's. I ordered three pizzas: 1. Pepperoni, Sausage 2. Pineapple, Ham 3. Beef, Jalapeño and a Spinach, Feta Bread using the Domino's App. The app indicated that the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes but I gave them 30 after reading the other online reviews that mentioned that their order wasn't ready upon arrival, despite them receiving a text that it was. I arrived and checked in. The gentleman that was working the front counter greeted me right away and asked my name. He retrieved the order and I was on my way. When I got home, I served my 6 year old and she quickly told me that she didn't like it - I thought this was because it was her first time trying pineapple and ham. I have her a pepperoni/sausage slice and she told me she didn't like that either, but that she DID like the spinach/feta bread. I sat down to eat and the pizza was NOT cooked ask the way and was very doughy. I checked them all and they must've been cooked the same amount of time because the were all raw on the inside. I cut the spinach/feta bread open to see if that was cooked all the way and I'm glad I did, because the spinach was going bad. I spent close to $40 on this order and was GREATLY disappointed. We ended up throwing it all away. All it takes is ONE bad experience for most people to not return to ANY establishment (restaurant/dept store/gas station, etc) and this was my first and last time going...

Would give zero stars but not an option; ordered using the app and planned it to be delivered at 730 at a Hilton hotel… my app says it’s complete but I have NO pizza! When I call the girl says of the driver dropped it at motel 6 next door!!! And didn’t offer anything for my troubles so I say we’ll i purposely ordered it ahead of time bc my daughter bday party so the mgr says can’t credit but can give a future credit! I say, I just want my food these girls are starving then tells me It’ll be another hour which I was not happy about because I just waited an hour and they gave my food to somebody who didn’t purchase it. Oh I told her to credit me in the future for the cheesy breadsticks that they were offering to me for free after I complained and she canceled the whole order after I sat for another hour spoke to another manager that said he’d have it out right away and I literally am waiting another...

This Domino’s location (103rd and Cicero) makes me want to stop eating Domino’s. This store is distinguished in it’s complete lack of customer service! I had been waiting for my order for over 2 hours! I put my order in at 6:31 (first picture) which is when the first tracker was logged. The time for the first tracker then changed by an hour (7:28) and by 8:11, still needed to be completed. The order was then finally placed in the oven at 8:17 and sent to be delivered at 8:25. Arrived at 8:44 P.M.

P.S. I called the manager at 8:14 to get an ETA and ask about the delay. Tearra claimed the order was...
