Good morning fellow Dunkin drinker my star is actually a zero and if I could give another zero I would this place is horrible not sure if it’s the owner or manager but he always messes up my orders and it seems like he doesn’t purposely several times I’ve went and always had problems seems like they’re the only place that has one of the flavors that I enjoy which is Maple and pecan set today at 7:09 AM they are not busy nothing going on to people there and I asked for my order which was a medium coffee with me flavor that I had used with cream and sugar when I got was a coffee with cream and sugar most of the time it seems like he gives me the coffee from a pot that have been sitting there for two days one time I had ordered some type of coffee for my daughter that had whip cream on it and he forgot to put the whip cream have to repeatedly asking them for the cream when I paid my daughter Hey mom they forgot to give with cream so I ask him and he tells me well it’s $.50 and he sits or you gonna make me pay with my card $.50 for something that you forgot when we could’ve already paid it out once he said yes so I was pretty upset with that because it makes me a little pissed off that he they don’t understand that we customers hope the location thrive without these customers they wouldn’t have a business where the location would not survive yet he never gives me a receipt backI can go on about my complaints this is not the first time but I think it is the last time I will go back and I will contact 😡😡😡😡!!!!!!corporate and customer service to let them know customer service this is a review for this location 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡0000000000 I believe whoever where customers need to stand up and say we’re no longer going to this location because they don’t know how to treat people or their customers and help them keep their business...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars! Horrible experience at this place today so I go through the dive thru to order some donuts and some coffee. I get the white chocolate flavor in my medium coffee. I pull up and pay first off the guy that took my money was digging in his ears when I pulled up and had wax on his finger so I was hesitant on giving him the money as I didn't want to accidentally touch his hands and or fingers. Anyway, he gives me my change and my order I pull off and I taste the coffee which tasted horrible old coffee and the flavor of the white chocolate added did no justice for my drink so decided to go back through the drive thru just to ask if they could make me another drink. I asked the young man and he immediately wants to argue with me instead of just listening to my complaint and trying to make me satisfied.. he said NO I can't give you another drink. I explained very politely what I didn't like about the drink and that I wanted to try another flavor he insisted and said NO again very nasty I asked for a manager he said no one was around and told me I'll have to pay again for another drink ...very mean and a bad attitude to be working in the public. I proceed to drive off and said I'll never go back to that location or recommend to family or friends!!!!! Never again will they get my money I'm unhappy and deserve better treatment. I asked her what the problem was bc I just wanted what I ordered?, no biggie & she begun yelling at me that the kid is her employee & she was talking to him not me bla nla bla would not end it. This rude owner has no business sense
The older lady who works the day shift I believe she is the owner is consistantly rude. Today I walked in place my order " large hot Carmel coffee, cream only" she asked a question but I only heard the word "hot" bc of her mask. I replied "hot coffee yes" she raised her voice & said " A SIMPLE YES OR NO WILL DO !!!" Began lecturing me on that subject. I asked why she was being so rude & once again repeated BC A SIMPLE YES OR NO WUDA BEEN ENOUGH!! I walked out. My grandkids have gone in there & she has yelled at them for not ordering quick enough etc. I've gone through the drive thru & every time a certain young lady is at the window I never get my right change back. I live half a block down but if I have the time I rather drive to another location. I only go there when I have to. 12/15/23, a young female was mocking the customer as her co-worker took her order for no reason.
