Eiffel Waffle - Chicago Ridge — Restaurant in Worth Township

The food is what I expected; HOWEVER, I really wish I would’ve waited to watch these workers a little longer to see how they operate… They don’t change gloves at all, even after walking outside and touching the door handle; just to come inside and TOUCH product & face WITHOUT changing gloves/washing hands… Don’t even get me started on how dirty the bathroom was. I really was hoping this location would hold the same standards as the one on the Northside of Chicago; I was unfortunately disappointed… If you do decide to come to this place & spend $20 for mini pancakes and one scoop of ice cream, please make sure it’s not on a Sunday night or you ask them to atleast change their gloves in front of you. Be aware of ordering strawberries with your mini pancakes too because they sure as hell didn’t look freshly diced coming out of a plastic bin they probably prepped in the morning because they were so mushy! If you’re craving mini pancakes I highly suggest making the trip to their Northside location, save yourself the disappointment & sour taste that it would leave in your mouth. These 2 guys and 1 girl definitely need to go through the training process again; or at the very least get them ServSafe...

Extremely over priced. Very confusing menu to a new or semi new customer. Cost for 1 adult and 2 young kids getting kiddie sized was &40. Constantly pushing to tip but for what? Slow impersonal service. Signs at register to tip and again on screen checking out. Only one cashier so service was very slow. Menu on video screen against bright light window made it very hard to see. It was clean and restrooms clean. The ice cream was delicious. The soft warm waffle cake was really good. Portions were moderate but the price blew me away. And the pressure to tip for zero service was ridiculous.

Come in because the too good to go deal 9.99 for $30 worth of ice cream and maybe a waffle cone or something and u get 3 pints of ice cream last time I did the math of ice cream pints are 2/$12 and I get 3 pints that doesn't equal out to $30 worth of food sounds like a rip off to me as opposed to anything. I'm not a complainer but TooGoodToGo is 1 of my goto apps and for instance jedis garden for 5.99 says you get $20 worth of food you get a gushy 2 quarts of soup a side salad pastries and rolls which that's worth it this just isn't worth it like he picked ice cream for me and a friend said yesterday he got 2 pints and 2 bubble waffles
