If I could give this location minus-10 I would. She gave away my smoothie and completed it online. I never received it. The young lady was awful and working alone is not excuse for her behavior towards me. As a 51 year old woman, I felt like she mistreated me based on my order and my race. Firstly my tax bracket is I’m sure 4 times more than hers. She wanted the other races to see her disrespect to me. When I initially arrived to the location, I felt bad for her working alone when I put in my order online earlier and I decided to come back on my break bc I work from home and reside nearby. She said “ I’ll place your smoothie in the freezer and it’ll be just fine”, I get back she was like “you have to wait” in a rude manner. She had a completely different personality from earlier but very nice and giggly with the white race. I told my daughter I felt bad for her because she was working alone. I’ll give her some time to make it. Oh that was the biggest mistake ever she was very rude to me when I returned and said she wasn’t arguing with me in which I was not arguing with her I was simply asking her a question. I lost my reward bc of her. I had great sympathy earlier that is why I told her I would just come back and she was very nice about it. It’s fine bc I’m sure she will have karma. You just cannot be selective when it comes to great customer service and horrible treatment of others. She needs to be taught self love...

So I used to frequent this location but stopped. I still occasionally order but on April 11th I ordered an angel food smoothie on the app. They were out of bananas so i was asked if I wanted a different smoothie which I declined because I wanted strawberry banana and know there's other nearby locations. I asked for the order to be canceled in the app it shows the order as completed which it wasn't and I never got a refund. I reached out via contact us on both the app and website and heard nothing back. How can you allow online ordering when you can't or won't refund when you do not have the product? It's not the same to only offer a replacement product. Im very picky to begin with and am not willing to try something new when i was allowed to order my product and pay for it. I won't be back this time. I've had other issues but just let them go. Just posting this as a warning for others and I'm sure I'm not the first or only one that has had issues. If the ingredients are out of stock you shouldn't be able to order it or should be refunded when the product can't be delivered.

Read morePlace an online order Friday 3/3/23 @152pm. Arrived to pick up my order in the store. Order still was being made which was fine. I didn’t mind waiting. When I arrived there was a girl and a guy behind the counter. The employees normally speak and greet guest as they come in, but today was weird. Like no one greeted me, it was dead silence, the guy went to the back of the store and the lady continued to make my smoothie. She didn’t look me in the eye, she didn’t say hello. I might as well have been invisible 🫥 to not be treated like a customer. Smoothie king CEO please train your workers…customer service class would be a great start.
I felt out of place, this was be my next last time coming here. Smoothie king customer service is not good. I will look for healthier options elsewhere, and make my own smoothies save my money and time....
