Customer service was horrible !! It was my first time eating at this place, and i called to make an order and for her to explain me a bit more off the menu, and all she would do is sigh extremely hard and ignore my questions. I got to the location to pick up my order, and once im ready to pay i wanted to pay my transactions in 2 separate ways. She got mad and started to crumble the paper, right in front off me. I kept my calm and kept being polite to her, she started to get loud and rude with me. Once i payed she walks right behind me and says " i was suppose to leave 30 minutes ago" and locks the door. Before i arrived to the place i made sure what time it closed. Online it says 10:30 i arrived at 9:50. Meaning that she was gonna close the pizzeria at 9:30. This place is like a local landmark it's been here for a very long time and is owned and operated by a nice local family.
the pizza is pretty good and they have a pretty good pizza sauce in my opinion my only issue with Nick's is i wish they would brown the cheese on their pizza but they mentioned that some certain regulars don't like this?

Probably one of the coziest, comfortable places to eat in. Loved the old school aesthetic inside and felt very chill. Superbly great and caring staff that always checked on us and the food was all delicious and everything seemed handmade! Highly recommend the Garlic bread with Melted mozzarella as well as the Bosco Stix (cheese filled bread sticks). Philly cheese steak was so good too! Pizza was definitely a comfort food there. The prices were extremely reasonable for what we ordered. Will definitely come back here!
