Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Worth Township

I used to order from here every Friday for about 2 years straight. Haven't had it in a while so I ordered it a few weeks back during during one of the Hawks playoffs games (this will become important later in the story). I ordered a small cheese pizza and some of their mozzarella sticks. Now I'll say that when I've ordered from here previously and the food has always arrived promptly and hot. Not to mention I always really enjoy their food. However this past time I ordered the pizza and the order didn't arrive until almost 2 hours after I phoned in, it's not like I had a big order. I called them after about an hour and asked where the order was and they said it had already went out for delivery. Coincidentally after the first period of the game was over the delivery guy showed up a few minutes into intermission leading me to believe he was watching the game instead of doing his job. While this is kind of funny it really made me upset once I got my order and realized that everything was cold. I'm not talking lukewarm I'm talking cold. The cheese sticks were hard, and the pizza seemed like it had been sitting out. It was really disappointing since I was hoping for the same level of quality I had once known and loved. The cream of chicken soup and calzones are amazing! But have to make sure to get the soup early or you can tell it has been sitting all day in a warmer and is just not so good, the calzones are huge and big enough to feed two people, maybe even 2 adults and a child. Regular Pizza not so amazing, they take forever to deliver down the block and wait time when you order and wait to pick up is forever. They are very family friendly as I usually see baseball teams in there after a game and kids are always running around, screaming, and playing the little claw machine games while they are waiting to eat. I enjoy seeing this, (can tell the kids are really enjoying themselves), but know the older groups of people who go in are usually not as happy seeing a bunch of little kids running around and screaming. Have a few flat screen tvs that show sports games and news. Staff is very friendly at times, but some times not so much, can tell when the younger staff is having a bad day or are usually on their phones texting in between orders and they have to make sure to finish their text before taking the next order. Have stood at the counter for at least 5-10 mins watching the young lady finish her text message before even acknowledging me, even tho she watched me walk up to the counter and told me be with...

I was a driver here, the girls mess up addresses, the setting is very unprofessional all you have is potheads swearing all over the kitchen and back area, the priority of the manager is to hire stupid people because anybody in their RIGHT mind wouldn't continue working there, no offense but if yu have a disability, you have a better chance than the norm of getting hired and no not the walmart guys that hang by the door, were talkin special but barely ya know, there wasn't a license check, or an insurance check, they don't use computerized ordering systems for delivery, and theres no training 4 cooks, one day your pizza is awesome, this guy jose, pshh great cook, but the other guys suck!
