Sbarro — Restaurant in Worth Township

If I could give zero stars, I would! Restaurant staff/ servers don’t have any idea of what customer service is, staff was rude, disrespectful, and the cashier rushed us. They were annoyed and apparently angry when they were serving us the food, seems like hate customers and people! 😡. That is not all…staff had NO Mask and gloves when they served out food!!!

The food was disgusting, the salad I purchased was all black and the croutons were sagging (who wants to eat like that?), the pizza 🍕 they gave us was spoiled with fresh cheese on top. When we brought it to staff attention, they got defensive, more disrespectful, the cashier and manager insulted us and they asked us to leave immediately! Really? What is this? Is these a joke? What type of business is this to treat people like that? If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager present at around 1pm on 06/26 should be dealt with. An elderly hispanic woman came up to me nearly in tears asking for a translator. The manager present THREW packets of pepper at this woman simply because she had trouble communicating regarding a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous that a MANAGER, a person who should be setting an example for other employees of this establishment, is acting in this manner. Ordered uber eats at 3pm. Called around 430 because i kept seeing my uber eats driver was being switched. I called the restaurant. Broken English man told me 30 more minutes. Then someone else came on the phone and told me it was already picked up. The very next minite my order was cancelled on uber eats. Its obvious drivers were coming into the store to pick up my order and it was not ready. Hence qhy the man on the phone told me 30 more minutes.
