Prices higher than usual for a Mexican restaurant. They have Tripa (intestines), Cesina (dried beef), etc. on the menu, but no lengua (cow tongue?) That right there should have been a red flag. The menu it shows online is also different from what the restaurant actually serves since there aren't things like "Chicago Burrito" on the menu in the physical store.

I ended up paying $18.88 for one ground beef burrito, two tripa tacos & a Jarrito. None of these came with any sides. The decor is your standard mexican restaurant. Nothing fancy. It took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. 2/5

The tacos by default are corn as well as very small. These were honestly like the mini-tacos you get from other places. The tripa was overcooked, almost burned to a crisp so it was very dry. It was like biting into matchsticks. Presentation was ok. The 3 sauces (red, green & fresh salsa) were all meh except for the pico de gallo which had a sweet taste to it that brightened up the food. 2/5

The burrito was a mess. Upon grabbing it you quickly realize they skimped out on ingredients as there's a lot of air. Upon biting into it you see there's barely anything in there except for some ground beef with what looks to be nacho cheese & lettuce. There may have been a small spoonful of rice, onions, etc. inside this big burrito, but they were even noticeable. Because it wasn't packed enough it flopped around, threatening to spillover whenever it had the chance. I held strong by keeping it wrapped in the foil, slightly rolling down the foil with each bite, but it was not enough & I still ended up with stains on my shirt. 2/5

Overall this place is below average. The prices are higher than the norm, the food is not good, and there's nothing special about the service either.

Chicken Burrito was fantastic and very fresh. Be aware they do cut the burrito in half. Size of burrito is average not as large as many other local options. This was more a case of quality over quantity. My burrito was $12 however I didnt feel ripped off. Hot sauces were decent too not anything special though.

Bad part of the restaurant was how loud and rowdy it was. Also cashiers do not understand English and its difficult to order or ask any questions.

That said I could careless if the customer service is bad as long as the food is good. Most of the bad service is confusion speaking to an English speaking person. Example I tried to order over the phone and she totally couldn't grasp I was ordering food.

Parking is limited and awful but serviceable. Restaurant it self is reasonably clean and offers dine in. Just be aware of the often loud and crowded feel.

Quality has gone up recently as this place was never a go to spot for me in the past. The steak a few times I had gotten it was overcooked or fatty which is why I tried...

The night staff here is completely unprofessional. I called at midnight to ask the close time, I was told 1am which is a different time then what is posted (2am is the posted time). I get there at 1240a and the place is locked up and dark. I opted to go in and place the order only because I was ordering for my job and when i order over the phone during the night shift my order is always wrong. This unfortunately is not an isolated incident. This has happened more than five times. When I can get to them before they arbitrarily close and my order is correct the food is good that's the only reason I still have hope for this place. All I'm asking is for a clear definition of when the doors will be locked and the place will be considered closed. If you close at midnight fine close at midnight, but having the night shift close when they feel like it is unacceptable and bad for business. Went up the street to their competitor and...

Late dinner and it's the only one open on a Sunday. Lady server was very friendly and welcoming. We had 1 order of sizzling fajita platillos meal and there's a lot for the both of us, we took half of the fajitas home. The chips and salsa were homemade and we loved it too. Diners may have been low as they were deep cleaning and wiping the dining area which is a plus. However the lady crew shook off the large floor mat in the air and in my mind all the dust flying all over the place. Good thing we're done eating but there's still a table with diners and people waiting for their take out food. She should have done it outside the building.

Simply wonderful. Fresh homemade sauces. Free chips and salsa. The chips were the El Milagro brand, the kind processed with lime ( the alkaline chemical, not the fruit). Fried in clean vegetable oil. Super crisp, fresh and flavorful. Just one of the many little details that added up to a perfect meal. The hibiscus tea really good and something you don't see served very much. The people were great. Everything was delicious.
