Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wrightstown

This place used to be amazing. It’s out of the way, but was worth it for an occasional treat since Taco Bell is one of the only places that can accommodate my dairy allergy. Sadly, the last two times I’ve gone, they’ve put cheese on my Mexican Pizza, which I always hit “remove 3-cheese blend” before I add anything to it (like guac or pico). The first time it happened back in October, we were already home, so I just ate the burrito I ordered and gave the Mexican Pizza to my sister. This last time, my sisters caught it and went back inside to let them know the mistake. The person they spoke to was rude and insisted it hadn’t said no cheese (again, I’ve ordered this plenty of times and only these last two times has it been an issue).

I was overall really disappointed to hear that I almost got food I couldn’t eat and that the girl they spoke to was rude when corrected. I don’t know what happened in the past few months but maybe it’s time I find another Taco Bell to go to if it’s such a difficult thing to make the food how it was ordered and own up to...

Usually ask for extra avocado ranch on the side because they won’t actually put it on there. I forgot to ask for the extra on the side so at the window I asked if I could pay for one on the side. After waiting a good minute while the kids in there flirted, I got the response “ we put it on the salad” with attitude. As if I clearly didn’t know that. I asked a second time if I could pay for one on the side. Attitude again. Posting a picture of the “extra” that was put on the salad.

Update 3/12/24 They rush with their food in a bad way. I am a fan on the new enchilada burrito, but they put a tiny dollop of sour cream on one end of the burrito, and it sort of ruins the entire thing. Just put a small amount throughout please? I ordered 2 tonight and both were awful, including the quality of chicken. We will refrain from this Taco Bell if we have to...

Every job is important. I had a really cruddy week, I have 5 kids, don’t want to cook I just want to go sit down somewhere that won’t break the bank that is clean and decent and relax. I came into this TB, the manager was working the front counter briefly while everyone was hustling. The lobby was clean, they even brought the trays out to us which was just sooo nice! I don’t know what the magic recipe is for this store but it was a wonderful experience. The food was hot & fresh, there were a number of people in and out but no one seemed to be waiting long, with people in the drive thru. The lobby is clean. This staff is awesome!
