Angelo's — Restaurant in Wyoming

We go there frequently. So for a birthday present we were given a gift certificate. My husband had been sick and in the hospital for an extended period of time and once he got out and was feeling better we decided to go there on Saturday August 18th 2018. So we order our dinner Seafood entrees to be specific and the bill comes and I give the waiter our gift certificate and my Visa for the balance and he returns a couple minutes later and tells me that the gift certificate is no longer valid. They're only good for one year from the date of which they are purchased. We explained the situation as stated above and we were told to bad that's the policy and he ran my Visa for the whole entire bill. When we ask for the gift certificate back we were told "it was already disposed of". We also noticed that their portions are getting smaller but the prices are going higher. We will no longer be visiting this establishment I feel like I was robbed which in essence we were. Substantial cash was given for the gift certificate and then after one year it just vanished, no longer valid. Not sure how legally they can do this but it is what it is and we will no longer visit this...

Hands down one of the worst experiences I ever had with a restaurant. I called to order the food and the gentleman on the other line says 20 minutes. I got there at 20 minutes and waited another 20 with two other customers who seemed to be in a similar situation. Of course the food finally comes out and no apology. I guess, business as usual.

Upon getting the food home we look in the cardboard box to find Alfredo sauce all over the entire contents of the box because someone doesn't know how to pack a take out order properly. During wiping everything down we find the bread soaked and the marsala noodles covered in red sauce after he asked me if I wanted it on the side and he even repeated it back to me. The marsala was drenched in marsala wine. The Alfredo noodles were good but the chicken that is used in their dishes is not a good quality or it's boiled. I can't figure out which.

I have also eaten here in the past and their spaghetti is noodles and ketchup with frozen meatballs. The quality doesn't match the price. I will never...

Ok I don't go here often but when I do it's usually just for something to go. The food is always good. Best Zupa da clams if I'm saying it right just spicy enough to break a sweat and topped with fresh clams shell and all you can't go wrong if you like clams. I repeat myself everything you get here is very good. The servers I have had here always great. I witnessed something magical here in regards to my server. Very soft spoken also serving the table next to mine took an order for 8 or 9 customers never wrote anything down every order had some little special twist and he was able to get it all out perfectly. Not overly complicated for being in a strip mall but they care enough to have a nice mural and original Cooper paintings check them out all of them are wonderful. I came here today for an early lunch with my wife...... Years ago it was the first pace I took my ex-wife and we agreed that this would be the last place we'd share a meal it was the only good thing to come out of our marriage besides our son. Anyway...
