Ordered some pizzas from this Domino's last night as part of the extended Cyber Monday 50% off promotion to cheer up my fiance who was having a bad week. We always ask the driver to bring extra cups so we can drink the 2L, as we are new to our apartment and don't have cups of our own yet. Not only was I promised cups we did not receive, our pizza was a disgusting mess! One came just fine, but the Brooklyn style Ultimate Pepperoni (we added diced tomatoes) was a mess. When the pizzas arrived, the driver knocked over our 2L and it was shaken up, which I could deal with. He then lifted the lid slightly on both pizzas to check quality, said everything looked good, and departed. When I got upstairs to serve the pizzas, the Ultimate pepperoni was a crumpled mess, was drowning in grease, and smelled bad as well. I could tell the crust was likely not fully cooked though I didn't bother to test it. We immediately called back. The store representative informed me the store had not had cups in stock for 3 weeks as no one really asks for them. I was frustrated, as the previous rep said she would be sure to include them in our order. The real issue came when I spoke to the manager, Jacqueline. Though she was happy to remake the pizza and send it back out, that wasn't the only thing I wanted. She also said there was "nothing we can do" about the grease due to the pepperoni. Since her driver thought that was an appropriate quality to serve me, I asked if there was anything else she could offer us for the terrible experience- thinking we could get a free soda or dessert or 10% off our next purchase, or at the very list remove the cost of this pizza from our order entirely. Not asking for the world, just a little something to make us feel better, as we've had issues with their customer service before. Her response? "That's what the remake is for ma'am." No, I'm sorry I cannot offer you anything else, no I understand this was frustrated but the remake is all I'm allowed to offer. It then took a full 30 minutes for the order to be ready to leave, even though we were told it would be remade right away. Thankfully the second pizza was good (and far less greasy, though we were told it was unavoidable), but I sent the first one back with the new driver so the manager could see exactly what sort of quality they had served to us! Please pictures of disgusting pizza quality below! We will NEVER order from Domino's again while we live here, since we can't even order from the other locations due to where our apartment is located (we do not have a car to drive over for carry out). I will also be...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying I manage a restaurant in town and order from this Dominos a couple times per week. Most of the time the order is complete and correct, but if it is not perfect it can be tragic. My order was completely messed up tonight. I was missing items I paid for, my pizza was completely wrong and half of the pizza was folded over on itself like the driver took a dramatic turn, and my pasta was about 3/4 what I have received in the past. Please keep in mind I have a business card on my fridge from when my order was messed up the last time and was not notified. When I called to let the manager know about my experience I was placed on hold twice. When I got to speak to the manager I let her know that my order was incorrect and there was no apology. It was just a quick "I can refund you or give you a credit". I chose the refund as there have been times where I am rather impressed, but tonight was definitely not one of those nights. As an industry professional in the same town that has a focus on quality, service, and value to each of my guests I feel I was pushed to the side and wasn't even offered an apology for...
Read moreDisgusting! The person that boxed the order had come in from the parking lot, never washed his hands, and went straight to the food area and started boxing an order. I said something and Courtney said he didn't need to wash since he was not touching the food. He was in the food prep area so yeah, wash your hands. Then she never rang my order at the register (I was paying cash) just fished my change from a cup. I had to ask 3 times for a receipt, she kept walking away when I asked. She told me to get my own napkins from one of the tables (they don't have napkins behind the counter??) She had a dirty apron on, kept wiping her hands on it then went to the dough, again she handled money, picked up items and moved some trays then proceeded to handle food without washing her hands.. I won't be back to this store, what an appetite killer! And to top it off, I was getting these pizzas for my boss for an employee lunch, guess who's pizza was wrong?? Told my boss that next time I will do Lil' Caesar or Pizza Hut and he will get...
