Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wyoming

This even happened on 5/30/ 2019 . We went in for a hot and ready and an order of crazy bread. We placed the order and the girl told us 10 mins. We wait.... and wait... and wait. Multiple people were in the location and kept getting the wrong orders and the wrong food, etc. Finally another guy comes in and asks for a hot and ready and they girl is like yea we have one right here... it had been sitting all that time in the over waiting for someone to buy it but the problem was that WE HAD ALREADY placed that order 20 minutes earlier. WHY did we have to sit and wait when there was a Hot and Ready Pepperoni right there and an order of crazy bread in the hotbox. WOW. So my husband asked the girl if she just sold a hot and ready and crazy bread and she was like "yep" he said "we ordered a hot and ready and crazy bread 20 minutes ago and you made us wait" she didn't apologize or anything she just walked away and told her little female manager. The little female came up and was very rude and condescending to us. We proceeded to tell her what happened and again no apology and she says "hang on" in a very nasty little tone. They were also being very rude to a deaf customer who came in to order food and they kept telling him "this is what you ordered" he clearly ordered and they tried to give him the wrong food and he wasn't having it. The female who said she was a manager "Autumn S." (little hispanic girl) then goes over and just grabs a pizza that had been sitting there and bread that had been sitting there since before we walked in. Disgraceful service. Then I said well you should give us Cheesy bread or something for our wait and she was like I just gave you an extra most bestest (which was dry and undersauced and not even cut into slices) and that should be good enough. WOW... what a great manager and a great example of customer service for the other girls working in there. (all female staff from what I could tell). She needs to be fired. So then I ask her for the store manager name and she refused to give it to me telling me that she was the store manager. Finally I was not giving up and she writes the name Javin V down. Who knows if it legitimate or not. I will tell you that they are not a good representation of your store and that you need to do something with your staff or you will lose everyone eventually. Just because the store is in a horrible location shouldn't mean that all customers will just accept horrible service and chock it up to the fact that the pizza is cheap. Corporate needs to know how you run this store and about the people it employs.... shame. The best person in this location is the little disabled boy. He is the ONLY one that cares about his job and...

Arrived at the location at 7:20, they close at 8. The menu boards were already turned off. Not sure if they were non functional or just want to give the vibe that you’re not welcome to be there ordering. They had nothing ready, which is a little odd for a place that offers hot and ready pizza. So I knew I had to wait and I was ok with it. I decided to get the pizza and sticks combo that is half pepperoni pizza and the other half cut like cheese sticks. Well the people acted like it was an inconvenience that we were there even though they were open for another 40 minutes. The whole cheese stick side was cut just like a pizza not like cheese sticks. When you look online to see how you can order it, it shows that it comes with marinara sauce. They did not give me marinara sauce nor did they cut it correctly which is really annoying since that’s not what I asked for. The employees here act like they could give a care less that you are spending money in their business. God forbid they have to do their jobs. Stopped thru on our way home Sunday 5.28.23 to grab a pizza and wow! Maybe the worst Little Caesars we've been to 😞 Tgere were no menu boards....or they were turned off. Both employees were not clean in appearance. One was not wearing anything for head covering. Gloves were not used to prepare or pizza. And I didn't see the man wash his hands! Wait time was as expected about 10 min. But the pizza looked weird when it came out. I was too tired tk wait for another one to be cooked so I took it and left. Crazy bread was overcooked and the sauce was cold 😬 I asked for a bag for the Crazy Bread and sauce and the guy just handed me a bag and walked away.
