I cannot say enough good things about Joseph at the Wyoming, PA Domino’s! His customer service was absolutely outstanding—polite, professional, and genuinely kind. Not only did he make sure my order was perfect, but he even helped me save a few bucks while feeding my six grandchildren. That kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is rare these days!

Friday, May 27th, at 4:30pm we ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. The tracker kicked right into gear and our order was in the oven and baking. 5 pm our order was still in the oven baking....hmmm. Okay, maybe the tracker was off. At 5:30 pm we called to check the status of the order and Emily said that the driver had left. At 5:40 the tracker updated that our order was in uality check. At that point we called to check the status and Emily told me the drive left. 6 pm still no food. We called for a credit and Emily only wanted to refund half of the order and was delaying the process. Once we asked for the Corporate number she processed a refund. While we were on hold for five minutes Emily contacted the driver to bring to food back to the store. I guess next time just drive to a competitor for food....

I ordered from the domino’s app for carry out and got the 19.99$ deal they have with the 2 medium one topping with the cinnamon twist and garlic bread bites witch I up paying 30$ because I wanted it in pan made both pizzas and ofc can’t forget the soda but when I got it I didn’t know it had bugs and I eat it and went back for some more and seen bugs the hole order had bugs witch was gross and they won’t do nothing about it but you zoom in on the photos you can see the bugs😭🤮 and I know the bugs wasn’t in my house my house is very clean someone is here everyday cleaning it so thanks a lot dominos for gross food killed my appetite for fast food for good sorry won’t let me post the video but it was bad when lifting the pizza they would come out of it it...
