McDonald's — Restaurant in Wyoming

I get food from this location on a regular basis, on my most resent visit i got home and my order of course was incorrect! This was not the main issue as I am used to my order being wrong. My big issue was the two regular cheese burgers i got in case someone in the family wanted a extra burger that i now needed to eat because my food was inedible did not smell right at all. The only thing i could describe it to smell like was marijuana. Now that being said i have never smoked pot or done a drug in my life! I thought it was weird but i figured I would take a bite as that was all i had to eat, It did not taste good at all. I then decided to call the manager not to complain that that can never get anything correct, didn't even mention that. I just wanted them to check the ketchup and mustard as that seamed to be where the smell was coming from. When I tried to describe the smell to the manager. The manager then preceded to make a joke out of my call as if i were a stoner that just smoked and then tried to eat! With a attitude telling me she is sure it taste REAL GOOD! as if i had the munchies. If it had not been for my wife I would have been standing at the counter with burger and receipt in hand making a huge scene with the head manager. Will be contacting corporate, and a different manager at this...

Mc Donalds is McDonald's i suppose..but some are better than others...i give THIS ONE five stars IN WYOMING ON WYOMING AVE..Lots of spacious parking..easy to enter n exit, whether it be for parking or drive thru..handicap access CLEANplace . clean bathrooms, ..quick serve..polite and friendly REMINDER NOTE:

THE ONE BY OLLIES and Antonio's ××× ( 1 STAR!) which has..LIMITED space for cars , people n access the building without hitting another car..getting hit..or worrying about hitting a kid running out in a split second..its too small.enter and exit off a one way,.coming in and out is dangerous amd confusing, even thru the back..which apparently your not supposed to..theres cars pulling in front of u FAST..NO ROOM.TO DRIVE Or PARK.N WALKING IN..IS DANGEROUS..ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS..and YOU cant predict friendly or cleanliness..hit or miss..foods not always fresh..long time wait in a tiny line for drive thru..so AGAIN try to go in BECAREFUL YOU DONT GET HIT BY A CAR..IF U AVTUALLY FIND A SPOT TO PARK..TOO MUCH TIME WASTED...

Update 20 November 2021: Inside dining is now open! Actually it had been open for awhile, but erratic hours, due to staffing problems, which every business is suffering through. Both sweet and unsweet ice tea are now available at the beverage counter, so this location is my top favorite once again.

Pandemic update: This location usually does not have the counter open for take out. You must use the drive through which I don't like, because it wastes gas idling. This would not be a problem if I had a hybrid or one of the real new cars with engine stop-start, but I don't, so now I go elsewhere.

One of the best McDonalds franchise in the Wyoming Valley. The staff is always friendly. The food is consistent. My only quibble (not bad enough to take off a star) is that only sweet ice tea is available at the beverage area. They do have have "unsweet" ice tea, but you have to ask for it at...
