Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wyoming

I very rarely do surveys as they mean nothing to me or help me in any noticeable way.... so my girlfriend stops and gets dinner on the way home and when she got home they messed up her meal, we eat at this one most which is closest to our home since we moved here two months ago, we love taco bell food out of most fast food. We have had approximately 5 messed up meals out of our weekly/biweekly taco bell trip. I go back up there with receipt and without her food( i used to be an assistant manager at several locations between 2012-2016) and know they are not allowed to ask for our food back once it leaves the drive through window (food safety issue) although the manager wanted her messed up food. They made her taco again for her $5 box meal and she was charged to upgrade her cinnamon twists to nachos, was charged but still given cinnamon twists. I go directly home and they do not give back my receipt otherwise I would be doing the survey on the back of the receipt from taco bell and she immediately eats her taco, she gives a funny look and it was completely stone cold. Taco bell does GTO (grilled to order) for tortillas and i am very confident that the cook did not grill the tortilla for even one second, the beef was adversely affected by the cold tortilla and the beef was pretty chilly to be 100% honest here. I do not intend in any manner to be rude condescending, unkind or any sort of negative demeanor towards your company or employees... it sure gets old.... Please ensure triple checks are being done and that your service champions are paying extremely close attention to their customers, as if this will ever be seen by a assistant, general, or...

I dont prefer to write poor reviews but must say this was literally one of the worst taco bells ever. Came in with my niece and pregnant sister to use the restroom. The bathrooms required a key to enter which is understandable as to why the need to do so in a bigger city and was for customers only as well. I proceeded to ask a lady working on the line if we could place an order to use the restroom. She said she could not do it and to use the keyosk even though I said I would be paying in cash so she would of still needed to use the register and proceeded with her phone conversation on her earbuds. So we put in for a simple drink order and waited for a few minutes as both my sister and niece tried to hold it. Several minutes go by listening to her cuss and rant about someone. One employee came up to the register on his way to break and we stopped him to cash us out and to open the bathroom. While waiting for both of them to return the same women on her phone working started shouting loudly enough and slammed something. The bathroom stated on the door that they proudly service the bathrooms every 30 minutes...... there was not one shred of toilet paper and the floor was wet. Before leaving we did interrupt the same gentleman's break to inform him of the restroom situation out of feat of having to consult the lady on line working. He was very professional the entire time but how unprofessional the one woman had acted, I unfortunately have too bad of a taste in mouth to want to return to...

I'm not sure if there are new employees that are not being trained properly or if this entire store is incompetent but this is the FIFTH time in a row that my food has not been correct. The last time i went they told me my food was wrong because they were out of what i ordered. I ordered in the drive through and instead if telling me they were out of anything they incorrectly made my food and sent me on my way without telling me. They rarely put cheese sauce on the potatoe bowls. The tortillas are almost always hard. This location is garbage. I have worked in the food industry for 11 years and have never been so let down by service beforem DO NOT EAT HERE you WILL waste your money and they WILL be rude when you go to get it fixed. 19 monite drive there and 19 monutes back twice and the food still isnt correct anyway. Normally I'd be contacting a GM to give me free food over something like this but im POSITIVE they wouldn't even get that right. They should shut this...
